  1. Since the last update. The F/A-18 on A-A using ACM mode as great difficulties to properly lock a target. For some reason, When the target is locked, The selection box appears everywhere else but on the correct spot. I joined a small video that clearly show the problems while using the HMD with Boresight mode. Notice that the selection box appearing everywhere but not on the target. It takes usually no less than three attempt to finally succeed locking on properly to the Target. Video link: https://youtu.be/Au1wUhZr2_g
  2. it is very true, the Mirage is unfortunately unrealistic as for its ability to resist to gun impacts. it is more like a "Tank". this as a whole, make the dynamic of the aircrafts in the DCS environment unrealistic. Some Dogfights tournaments even bans the Mirage to enter their competitions exactly for that reason. I believe that it is time for the Mirage to be equally resistant to impact like the other aircrafts in DCS, no more, no less.
  3. The Equation is simple (as an example): 1 aircraft in development by 30 programmers = 1 year before the aircraft is ready. 10 aircrafts in development by 30 programmers = 10 years before the aircrafts are ready Stop concentrating on making money by putting out new aircrafts and start concentrating energies at putting out solid and completed products.
  4. Same Here After the most recent Update of DCS (DCS 2.5.6.43453 Open Beta), BitDefender flags the file worldgeneral.dll containing a Gen:Suspicious.Cloud1@J8@aG2Qkxpi virus and puts it in Quarantine.
  5. It s been over a year now and we still don't have a fully functional Radar. Stop coming out with new aircrafts and finish your products !
  6. my question is: What type of cable do they use? no mention of it anywhere. and by the way How long is that cable ? i am expecting my Virpil Joystick and hope that this will be long enough
  7. Improvement Suggestion Ref.: Narrow Azimuth Scan in RWS Mode and its current Limitations I have been waiting for this improvement of the F/A-18C Radar for a long time. But it is not coming. I just hope this is not an oversight: Normally, a pilot when searching for Air Contacts can scan the whole area of its radar without having to lock onto a target; he can do it using the whole width of the radar or just a small section of it when he knows where the target should be located and to concentrate its search activity in one specific area. As it is right now, the pilot is unable to narrow its RADAR AZIMUTH SCAN WIDTH (let’s say 20 degrees) at the EDGES of the Radar WITHOUT having to lock the target (staying in RWS). In a nut shell; a Narrow Scan Azimuth should follow the TDC That important feature had begun to be somewhat implemented in earlier versions of the DCS F/A-18C but seemed to be left out. I only hope that this is not an oversight and that this important feature will be dealt with in their upcoming improvements in the near future as it is an indispensible. https://youtu.be/lL_a_kIl1X8
  8. I have the same issue and in my humble opinion, the trim is barely practical and urgently need a readjustment.
