Yeah, It seems like the RAM has something to do with it. But it still does not really explain the weird dips my processor does. Thanks for the advice. Gonna have to upgrade sooner or later anyways

When I check how much RAM is use I still have 3GB to spare.

The game lags for a second and then turn back to normal. Doesnt matter which graphics settings im using. I believe has something to do with my processor; I've added some links of what is happening.
