  1. I'm also having this problem, also have a 13700K/3080 build running W11. Occurs randomly regardless of HT on/off on both MT and ST. Glad to see it's acknowledged and under investigation.
  2. The latest updates seems to have fixed it for me and I don't have to do the click-to-load minigame anymore. Fingers crossed it stays that way...
  3. I have always had HT on and still get 10-15 minute load times. Because there are so many different variations in software settings and we all still have the same issue, I'm starting to wonder if there is some hardware combination we all share? Everyone that has posted their specs so far is using a 12th gen chipset, I'm using a 12700KF. Anyone NOT using 12th gen? Are we all on Windows 11 too?
  4. I tried Auto, On, and Off and there was no difference for me unfortunately. Hope it helps some others though, it's such a frustrating issue.

  6. It makes no sense that it's shader related in my case for two reasons: I flew DCS for days before it started and never had a single problem. Then it just abruptly started yesterday. The single threaded DCS.exe still runs normally and missions load without any delay.
  7. I'm also experiencing this as of today. Strangely, I had no issues with the multithread exe before today, load times were much faster than single threaded. But today even opening the mission editor is 10-15 minutes. I've removed all mods, tried a repair, I've cleared fxo/shaders, I just can't understand how it worked fine for days and then literally overnight it borked itself. Edit 1 - I've attached a log file showing a 4-5 minute load time just when trying to create a new mission in the mission editor. Edit 2 - The old DCS.exe in the normal bin folder has normal load time performance. Opening a mission in mission editor is less than 30 seconds. dcs.log

  9. Do you have an updated link for this? Specifically looking for his Rocky Mountain Rescue livery.
  10. It's so frustrating to see so many amazing mods (that many times should have been a basic feature of the module to begin with) that perpetually get hamstrung update after update.
  11. FYI, this motionblur.fx sadly no longer works with DCS World 2.8 and causes CTD.

  13. I apologize for the delay in response to this, I never saw the notification. I also recently received a report of this via discord, but unfortunately I have not been able to replicate the issue. Are you using the latest version (V3.2) in the first post? Any additional information you can provide may be helpful such as Windows version, Excel version, etc..
  14. Those aren't GBU-16s, they're GBU-39s. Maybe we'll get them in a decade if ED decides to make A-10C III.
  15. FYSA it appears that the motion blur mod no longer works and causes a CTD. A real shame, hopefully someone can fix it.

  17. Has anyone had success changing the transparency of the A-10C II pilot visor? I'm using the lua code snippet below per this comment: {"pilot_F18_helmet_glass", DIFFUSE , "pilot_a10_visor", false}; {"pilot_F18_helmet_glass", SPECULAR , "pilot_a10_visor_roughmet", false}; Unfortunately no amount of texture changes have a visual impact in sim. Has this lua code changed since release?
  18. @TEOMOOSE Are you downloading the file and using it with Microsoft Excel? It will not work when opened in Google Drive or with Google Sheets.
  19. That's the G meter. One needle shows maximum positive G, another shows maximum negative G, and another shows current G. Nothing to do with roll at all.
