well, just tried alt+enter and the volume cursor disappear if I modify it from my keyboard, but the damned monitor keep going black...

is this related maybe to the issue I'm having that if my monitor power saving is enabled it kicks in after the time is set? (mine is 5 min.) I don't have this issue with any other sim, but I tried everything, from ALT+ENTER to throwing the monitor in the wall but nothing worked, I just need to disable it before I use DCS or in the middle of a flight I'll have a black screen and I will smash in the ground

I don't see the need to press ALT+ENTER. If I change my resolution, lower of my monitor, and I have the full screen flag checked then I have full screen, if I hit alt+enter then it's windowed. Can you show where we need to press ALT+Enter to have full screen or a link where the devs say this? thanks

the issue is when the water is set to low, not medium or high

what settings to you use for water? I have noticed that if I use low I have fps drops in Ka-50 when the ecran shows the map, maybe other modules are affected.. try changing your water settings

report a bug, I tested lowering my water settings to LOW and have the same issue, maybe all the others that have low fps on 1.5.6 (not only who is using the Ka-50) it's probably because they have the water setting to low.

I use a timer of 5 minutes for switching off my monitor, and with all other sims I don't have any issue (X-Plane, IL-2, CLOD, IL-2 1946, etc...) but with DCS World yes, when I'm flying the monitor go standby after the 5 minutes. I have tried also ALT+ENTER as suggested to switch to full screen (what? need to do that?? ) but nothing is changed... and yes. I know it's because there is no input from the keyboard/mouse, I can disable the timer in the windows control panel but I wanted to ask if there is a different solution and if happen to somebody else. My OS is Windows 8.1, thank you

How to avoid that the screen goes sleep mode? only disabling it in the control panel/power management? I have windows 8.1 and this only happen with DCS, not with Xplane, IL2, Cliffs of dover or any other sim/game thanks and sorry for the offtopic
