According to the manual, all I have to do is push this button number 53. The stabilization mode will be on, and it will try to stabilize my pitch and bank.
Here in this track of my air start Mig-21, I level out the aircraft, press the button, and the aircraft is not stabilized.

Some of the SAU modes have never worked correctly, or maybe only worked in the past. Like the stabilize mode you are trying to use.

It should also keep you straight when you have uneven load, like after firing missile from one side of the plane only.

I don't have the F-4, so the only things I notice:
The box in top right say accelerate to 350 kts, but you speed past that about 10 seconds after take off.
That turn looked kinda lazy to me, maybe a 60° bank turn with the reduced speed will have you in better position?
Or maybe the triggers are looking for the stuff in the box in that order: gear and flaps, then pitch angle, then 350 kts. But you fly: gear and flaps, 350 kts, then pitch angle and it breaks the mission?

Using the 2, 3, 4 marks to fly the RSBN box pattern is described in page 120 of the MiG-21 Manual.

Different vehicles provide different services. Check page 313 of the DCS user manual.

Nice find. Bottom diagram at 1:11:02 looks like it explains to line up cockpit parts with target for a good line up, I do the same thing in the 21.

Are your power connectors only connected to one of the +12V rail, or are you split between both of them?
Each side can only supply so much power.

Fantastic. I've wanted to watch this but couldn't find it anywhere. I found out this story from the game I play when not flying in DCS, Arknights.
About a year ago we got Nine-Colored Deer as an operator to use in the game. The company they worked with to produce the animation used the same style.

It is tricky I admit. And I have never been able to hold 10° aoa on takeoff like the DCS manual says. I kinda wobble around 12-15°. I imagine this is easier in a real plane since you can feel movement instead of having only visual feedback.

Flying over Damascus in the Blades of Steel - Syria in the Hind I went from ~25 FPS to ~30 FPS on my rig. Probably more to due with the shadow bug being fixed than multi-threading. Either way I'm thrilled that I had no strange bugs or crashes and everything just worked so far.
Rig specs:
3570k @ 4.4GHz
8GB DDR3 @ 1000MHz 8-9-9 timings
GTX 970 stock specs

I wonder if this would have crashed the game if it wasn't locked at 60fps. My next question would be to use Afterburner to limit the power limit to 75% and see if it still crashed. But you've removed it and the crash went away.
