  1. Not trivial. Cockpit looks ugly with wrong lighting and fps is lower because of the flood light effect also trackir stutter.
  2. Good review. It would be nice to see someone get into the meat of her ;) curious to see the mechanics. And as Ralfi stated, the weak detent might be an easy fix/mod.
  3. Maby they found some issues with the first units they sent out. If so then that is not uncommon with new products and i would be happy to wait a little longer if that is the case.
  4. I see, that is what i suspected. Thanks for the real pilot input
  5. Regarding your start technique with the mags on before pressing start, is that the correct way?. I use to press the start button and when it catches i move it to both on the mags and it starts pretty fast.
  6. Yes, the over boost pressure numbers are added on top of the standard atmospheric pressure. I have also been unable to set the lower cruise rpm settings, an early access thing i would guess.
  7. Yes i thought so, but in the special tabs slider it will be adjustable to different angles, i think it does not work at the moment.
  8. When rudder trim works as intended will it be possible to dial in a speed where she flies with no slip, "ball centered"?
  9. Same here. Low oil temp 30-35c with oil doors closed on a long flight. Cyl temp in the green during the whole flight.
  10. One thing that i feel is strange is the oil temp, from cold start it will never go into the yellow even but around 30-35c is max with full closed oil shutters? Cyl temp in the green.

    WHEN?!

Bought! waiting for the updater to not time out...
  13. see post #27 https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=181565 maby it works on the newest OB update? i have not tested yet.
  14. For some strange reason i get good consistent results with Full screen unchecked in game and Vsync checked in game. No alt enter, and pretty stable 55-60 fps in Nttr. I think something has changed, as before i had to alt enter to get vsync to kick in.
  15. This is also a good one if you like nerding completely like i do :)
  16. Definitely a must have module. Regards to how a short takeoff should look like. Have a look at this video from 1h:39min. he slams that lever back and jumps, look at the nozzles, cool stuff. Some awsome visitors in my home town  Don't mind the 104 :music_whistling:
  17. Is it? waiting to reinstall it once it works for the 39.
  18. Just got it on sale. Loving the systems and stuff to do in the pit. One thing though, i feel taking of is hard in this one, so far only been practicing conventionals as i want to get them down first. 10 deg nozzles set and 2 deg nose down as per manual, i have to jam right pedal most of the time or else she wants to head violently to the left, maby i am doing something wrong? Should anti skid be on for takeoffs? And should nws be used at all during the roll?
  19. Will all 3 axes have contactless sensors?
  20. Sounds like a similar project i have in mind, did you use a coupling like this connected to the axle of the collective shaft? https://www.dold-mechatronik.de/navi.php?a=275&lang=eng
  21. Well, it is annoying but for me it is buttons in the 200+ number range so not noticed unless i look in the vkb config or similar. If it did press actual buttons all the time it would make the stick useless pretty much...
  22. I see ghost button presses as well, but not active buttons on the stick.
  23. Good stuff! Looking forward to spending more time in it. The future looks bright for my personal fav module.
  24. Dornier Alpha
  25. I guess alot of people rebuy steam modules for standalone on sales. I have waited a long time for ED to shine a light on this, but looks like i will rebuy m2000 and the spitfire during the summer sale. A slave to the system if you will :noexpression: On a positive note. Money well spent and goes to development of a wonderful product
