  11. No problem, yeah it used to happen to me all the time so I've been manually modding it after every update. Not only does it mess with textures but it was bugging up avionics as well. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  12. It this the old "game mode" box checked problem? Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  13. My bad I misinterpreted the doc then thanks for clarifying. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  14. When in A/A mode SCS right will select AACQ. Left selects WACQ. From Chucks Guide: AACQ (Automatic Acquisition): AACQ serves as a fast way of acquiring a track/contact into Single Target Track. It is entered by pressing the Sensor Control Switch right when the TDC is assigned to the RDR ATTK format, the A/A master mode is engaged, and the radar is not in an ACM mode. "AACQ" will be indicated on the RDR ATTK page and the HUD. If the TDC cursor is not over a contact/track, AACQ will place the closest presently detected contact/track in an STT. If the TDC cursor is over a contact/track, it will place it in STT. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  15. I used to get that issue with an outdated graphics.lua mod. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  16. Is it possible the seeker slew slew/fidelity is slower on the MAV than the TGP irl? I notice the jitter is much worse if you aren't totally stable while trying to lock up targets. If I'm inbound on target with ALT hold or ATT hold I dont find it too difficult to lock the mav solely from the pod. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  17. Is there a radio issue maybe? Do they acknowledge that they are engaging bandits after you send the order? Seems weird. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  18. Try telling them to engage and hang back and try a pincer or something similar. That should keep them focused on your wingmem first. Although 6v4 isnt great odds. Especially vs fulcrums. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  19. Yep it works quite well, just make sure you are stable (attitude hold helps) or the mav will struggle a bit. Workflow goes like this: SOI TGP Designate target SOI MAV (mav will uncage and slave to designated target, no need to press uncage) SOI back to TGP RIFLE on good lock Next mav should be uncaged and slaved on previous point. Designate next target, mav will slave to new point. RIFLE on good lock. Repeat for next 2 mavs. Apologies if you understood the first time. The odd time I have issues with the auto cage/uncage not working but it's pretty consistent for the most part. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  20. Ah ok. I wasn't undesignating the mav. Therefore I wasn't getting this snowplow issue. I would uncage the first mav then switch back to the TGP to slave the mav (which slaves each subsequent mav) to whatever point you designate with the TGP. If the maverick didn't like where it was looking I would continue to designate with the TGP until I acquired a lock. Its funny that the mav and other AG missiles take priority over the raid/flir button while the TGP is SOI while the NWS/undesignate button sends the TGP back to SP while the mav is SOI. The former has been proven correct but the latter sounds like a bug with the switchology. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  21. Alrighty just gave it a whirl. Was able to do the old 4 F mavs in one pass as usual. Yay! Tip: don't use area or point track, just slew over each target and designate. Once you use area for a stationary target or point track for a stationary or moving target I dont see it being much of an issue to toggle them off to regain "slewability". A/A is a bit clunky but more practice and no doubt some fine tuning on ED's end is required. I had a fulcrum locked with both the pod and the radar but I didn't get a ©orrelate under the target box on the hud. I dunno. So far so good. Pleasantly surprised. 22. You're right hopping on the band wagon without hearing the band play for yourself is never a good call. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  23. I haven't even had a chance to test it out yet and I'm already pulling my hair out. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  24. Pretty sure this is a joke. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
  25. According to the manual it would appear you switch to case 1 procedures after "see you at 10". So 800 feet and 350 knots. Sent from my SM-A530W using Tapatalk
