I assume that you've checked and there are no other inputs tied to that same trim command. Rudder pedals or something similar, for instance. DCS has a habit of assigning weird things to various peripherals. On occasion I've found my rudder pedals tied to view changes, as an example. So I'd go through everything and see if there's something like that going on.
