Any update on this bug ? Seems all of my triggers when using delayed activation on the F-10 radio command / Mist script using the Radio are still broken.

Love the update guys ! Keep up the great work. The amount of time this last year this DTC has saved me alone with data entry is totaling in the hours. Great seeing a mod with as much community and work behind it as well as a growing team and base on Github.

Would like to request the Tuwaitha nuclear complex and surrounding facilities so we can recreate operation Opera. Obviously time lines would be different than present Iraq. Then at least some static objects pack to accompany the map release so as can place power facilities etc .

Would kill for the ability to LOITER or orbit for George. Since he kills me half the time in a hover or transition to hover, an orbit burning less fuel would be great, Especially since I have heard Casmo and other helo guys speak on occasion where they said they were always moving.
Even if it was a point click on the map, coupled with the ability to visually look at a point, and George would maintain speed and either run a left or right turn orbit via choice, and a minute or to leg extension outbound. Sort of a Track leg would be great. Could extend inbound combat runs, and George would automatically reach that said point and initiate an outbound turn and continue to hold

Curious as we already have a base code layer that could probably be used from the aircraft carrier / F-18,and since we are always hearing that the F-16 team is also concurrently working on the 18 etc sharing the same devs. It would add another layer of those with systems functions and bringing an aircraft back to the field.

Obviously the cable systems with a slower and lengthier arrest would have to be coded into the fields or either add a object that can be placed in the M.E. to simulate this cable system. I know that the Sinai terrain has several cable systems indicated on the runways.

Thank you, Please post any info from Bogey dope on this matter. Flying with landing gear extended near mach without any type of structural compromise or damage to system out of "there is no data" to me is just lazy. I am sure any type of digging or speaking to SME's will give evidence of something like a failed downlock actuator or something.
Again I feel this is just lazy skipping around on systems and damage implementation, as there is so much more to be done on the damage systems model. Even if it doesn't damage the main gear, Gear doors should be permanently damaged and either display the damage or somehow inhibit or effect subsequent extension and retraction after a VLE speed is far past exceeded. Another Perfect test of the seeming invulnerable and unwavering rigidity of the landing gear is to side load in the extreme at high speed on the ground. You will slide sideways perfectly and never collapse or damage the mains while locked braking and remaining on the runway. There are several (not to be named) manuals and sources publicly available that mention "problems associated with landing gear collapse".
Just figured this is also related to the damage model currently implemented with the landing gear system.

Bump. Had any more attention given to this 'LandingReFuAr" wp ? I have tried making a loop with helicopters from a boat to an airfield on land. Simulating a resupply . Every time I test or move things around they end up just flying or crashing into the water halfway to the WP. Anyone have any ideas why this is happening ? or how i would go about setting this up.

BUMP. Its now 2023 and the "LandingReFuAr" is still broken. CH-47, MI-8 etc any helo Will not land on any boat with the 'LandingReFuAr" wp. They will simply crash into the water when approaching a ship. Tried on the Tarawa, HMS Invincible etc. none work. If given a simple "Land" waypoint this works however not the former.

Greetings.
ED please edit the AI UH-60A lua to allow it to takeoff and land on ships. The MH-60 model is very antiquated so the UH-60A is the latest most updated model we have. Currently its unable in the mission editor to allow the landing on and departing and spawning from ships.

I just purchased the map and was extremely disappointed to see the northern border if Israel and north cities and settlements are missing. I know the map focuses on the Sinai however between the two terrains we still do not have a complete state of Israel.
I looked at the development roadmap and didnt see anything indicating that this would be included. The Blue line / Israel - Lebanese border is a very prominent landmark and border. Is this planned ? Was not sure however would love to see this included

Agreed, Not a huge deal just sheer curiosity. Would love to hear the backstory on this and the "complications" that were implied. Its just a video game not official training software.

No I put mine in the hangar space underneath as I liked that look better. Still some tweaking trying to get liveries showing up now. Much more enjoyable than the Russian hangar.

Notice that a prominent location in Gaza was missing. The Al-Shifa hospital is missing. I know this is probably the oldest hospital in Gaza and also the focal point of several hot key issues, Would be nice to have this location in the map as it looks like its some various industrial boxes and small buildings in that location now.

Agreed 100% as I cannot imagine anyone enjoying 10 -20 min of mission time just slowly deleting large amounts of CM's and Target points in every mission that were auto populated during mission start. I just tested again tonight seems still not addressed.

I dont think the apache has the option for cowl and intake covers and probe covers like the hornet or harrier

Greetings.
Nice feature to have in game however is it possible to add or guess coming features / wishlist item to have the ability to add the PFZ / Terrain points and other points for the TSD to avoid having to manually enter all this in game. Would save a lot of time in game for data entry.
ME is really the only mission planning software we have available.
if there is a workaround or another option let me know

Looks like its all encrypted now or moved, no longer in the DB_callnames.lua as its gone.
I do see the function "callnames" used still however not sure where the db is referenced from now

Honestly to the root cause this still would be an awesome feature, however we still need to get to the point of simulating realistic and complex failures on most of these modules. Something to where we actually need to run procedures and nurse the aircraft back to an airfield. Now this is all excluding the A-10 as I am sure most are aware it has some of more in-depth level of systems failures programmed that can lead to more complex situations and configurations. I have not experimented with the F-14. However the F-16 and other modules in DCS do not still possess this level of Hyd failure / brake failure etc. So far until we achieve this the Hook for that reason is probably low priority. Still seems the Viper is relegated to the same small handful of failures or situations. None are really out of the ordinary.
I can hopefully send a community appeal to some of the more skilled and sharp outside the box thinking community members well versed in DCS LUA that might be able to create a more canned modular mod that can be placed in the mods/tech and run using the viper and other aircraft with a hook. Can be activated using something similar to identifying the positions on the ground where the arrestor cables are on the map x/y/z and to check to see if the hook is down or not and just simulate it by a deceleration. All still probably of which is not possible as ED locks most of their code.
Perhaps UBOATS or someone might have a better idea as a work around.
