    thanks all guys, its because I haven't a stick at the moment, mines completely buggered, so flying on keyboard.......its how you say......interesting, do able just not easy with only a pair of hands :) its only the last bit of the first mission which seemed like it wouldn't work,

    couldn't find the bit doodenkof mentioned. cheers

    well, I couldn't fix my last hotas as was beyond repair, so while in the end I will go back to another hog, I'm left stickless and playing using keyboard.

    now on ka-50 general fc3 planes its not too bad but on the viggen its just unplayable, soooo

    my question is I need a cheaper hotas to keep me flying for a good few months, any sugestions?

    saw a thrustmaster T.1600m FCS, any good?

    sorry if this has been asked, but couldn't find it, in the first start up mission, it gets to where I'm asked to add 3 deg to the nose upp pitch, it just highlights a meter and I can find no switch/knob to adjust, and not sure of what I need to bind on the list for it to work?

    ok, while I'm enjoying flying this I seem to be having a problem on one of the tutorials.

    while using the headset marker and the follow target switch for the copter, the first time it all goes fine target and helicopter nose align in the 2 circles and I get a shot off.

    now when I use the same procedure on the 2nd truck, my nose is always about an inch to the left of my target reticule, and never aligns? hope I explained this ok, not familiar with all the terms yet :)

    Heya, well at the moment my joystick is Brocken, I have the same as you, and I have always been good with the keyboard, and I can fly it like that, so you're joystick shouldn't be a problem, it took me a few goes to learn startup off by heart as because of the systems available very easy to fly

    thanks for the info guys, and the wiring diagram shonist, what size leds do you need, any size? I can pick up some ir ones as modding a camera is no prob, I do it to astronomy ones.

    just the mouse look thing, is that an option somewhere till I either buy or build this?

    ok got the shark! now I know how virtually impossible it is to fly with keyboard look!!

    I cant afford a track ir5 pro thingy, so what preferably battery operated rather than another usb lead tracking solutions are there...recommended

    well, I'm pretty sure it was a combination of things that happens randomly as sometimes was fine,my screen res is 1980x1080, but on dcs it set it at 1280, assuming it new best :) but setting it to my screen res so far its been fine.....only text is a bit smaller for my poor eyes lol.

    now to add a bit more ram tommorow
