I'm actually having the exact same problem as the OP. I have followed your suggestion but find the exact same issue as the OP. It shows my Transaction history, with the Transaction ID, date of purchase, version bought, etc. However, it does not show the serial number anywhere. First thing I checked before finding this thread was the sticky at the top of this forum. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=57556 According to the sticky, that's what I should see. But, when I check my tranactions in the payment section it does not show any of the orange texts. Still trying to find my serial number so I can reactivate. I recently built a new PC and I've been struggling with this issue off and on for the last couple of weeks.

At the beginning of a mission, when ever I move the little yellow mouse cursor in the cockpit, the camera pans where I move the cursor. I like it like that, but for some reason at some point the the cursor is the only thing that will move. The camera will just stay straight ahead. Is there some way for me to "reactivate" the camera so when I move the mouse the camera moves as well?? It greatly helps when trying to target using the helmet mounted sight. Hope that made sense. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the clarification guys! Can't wait to get back home and take the Ka-50 for another training run after work. I didn't realize that retrimming needed to be done after manuvering. Thanks again for pointing it out. @AlphaOneSix- I guess it's just that I'm so used to flying Falcon (I know helios are totally different) I'm just so used to being in control of the a/c all the time...guess it's a control-freak issue for me :) I'm sure I'll use the autopilot more often once I get a good feeling for how the Ka-50 handles with my hand on the cyclic. Sorry to hear your having trouble. I downloaded my copy last night just using Mozilla Firefox. I didn't use any third-party download managers or anything. It worked like a charm. You might try checking your firewall settings as well. Try Firefox without using download managers. It worked great for me first time, and no file corruptions.

Interesting, so I should be retrimming even if I'm not using the autopilot? I've not begun to use the autopilot at all yet because I'm just trying to get used to how the shark handles under manual control. So, in my case, I should be retrimming for the sake of the flight control system? Am I understanding you correctly?

My biggest problem, with regard to basic flight in Ka-50, is Banking and the effects I experience after leveling off. Basically, everytime I bank (even non-aggressive) when I level off I have to fight the heli to stay pointed straight. It seems like no matter what I have to fight the helicopter from Yawing away from my new heading. It's not calibration - I've tripple checked it (in the sim & in the sticks own control utility). I guess it's just part of flying the Ka-50??? Normally I fight with it and when it seems like the heli has calmed down I retrim and then it seems like the heli is behaving like it should, but man, it puts up one heck of fight.
