I've been out-of-the-loop. Does ED project to have the Vulcan API in DCS this year (2024)?

I am having a similar issue. Every time I go to F2 view, my view is elongated to 140 degrees. I'll go into the options, set it to 70 degrees and it'll be fine until I exit F2 and re-enter F2 view again. I even tried saving a Custom 1 profile with no success...

So, when I install the EN folder, to replace the original EN folder in Training (this is my first time), will it overwrite the original mission files that come with the C-101CC variant? Thanks in advance, Blue
