Latest guess' is sometime in May.
-
Tis a feature of the sim now. I don't like it one bit but it is how it is.
-
I believe that to be correct and no one is chiming in calling me and idiot. :)
-
Now that I think about it, that is a short coming of the MB. You can't. I forgot all about that when I told you to do that earlier. You will have to set up a different flight with your AI "wingie" and really micromanage the speeds to each waypoint. Apologies if I mislead you down the wrong path.
-
Set him as the #2 helo in your flight. Set the #1 helo to PLAYER. That will make a two ship flight with you in the #1 helo and the AI in the #2 helo following your every move and your commands.

Small correction here everyone, ED is TRYING to make the next sim, DCS A-10 backwards compatible but there hasn't been a for sure confirmation on that yet. The A-10 is next in about 9 months, and then after that it was speculated the AH-64A but not confirmed by ED as of yet.
-
If he appears because of a trigger then he is not your wingman. Your wingman spawns with you and goes with you. You will only have control over a spawning AC by the parameters you set in the mission builder. If you want him to fly at different speeds then set him waypoints with the various speeds you wish and that is a way to control his speed but to have him mimic your speed is impossible unless he is set at your #2 wingie.

Yummy, Bacon with a Big Nasty Thirty Mike Mike attached to it! Siiiiiiiiiiizzzzzzzzzzzzzle
-
You should be able to add him no problem. Just make him a second helo in your flight as long as it is a helo in the inventory of the country you are flying for.
-
Why not do both and have a soft and hard copy back up? Helps sales and gives the simmer piece of mind in case of hard drive crash they don't have to DL immediately, they can slam in the DVD and off they go.
-
The only way I am aware to do that is to set him as your wingman. There is no other way that I know of. Let him land with you and give him a command to stay put, if there is such a command.
-
Set your speed in the mission builder and follow it during the mission. The only way to have the AI follow your speed to a T is if they are your wingman or you set your speed in the mission builder and set the AI to the same thing and then follow it to a T. Better yet, set his speed and you follow him or side by side or such and it will accomplish the same thing.

Ordering Black Shark - 2 Options IMHO
Dusty Rhodes replied to Dusty Rhodes's topic in DCS: Ka-50 Black Shark
I would think every retailer pays the same price, and they put a price on it depending on how much they want to make. So I believe (Just my not so humble opinion) that ED makes the same amount of money regardless. -

When you installed Black Shark, did you allow it to Install DirectX? -
New to DCS Black Shark - Intro and a few Questions

Don't give her a copy, just ask her if she would like you at home or spending your time in a bar or at a friends house instead. At least you are at home ignoring her while you play :D -

It is easier to ask for forgiveness then BEG for permission. :):) -
Ordering Black Shark - 2 Options IMHO
Dusty Rhodes replied to Dusty Rhodes's topic in DCS: Ka-50 Black Shark
My apologies, I should have indicated North American ordering. But now you are on the subject, from what I know, Simw.com has the best reputation in Europe and is a great place to order from. As far as Asia goes, I am in the dark. -
First Option - Order from TFC directly and support ED in thier on going battle to bring us state of the art gaming flight sims. Second Option - if odering from TFC gives you the ibby gibbys, order from Go Gamer.com. They have been a very ACTIVE and ardent support of flight sims and flight simmers and their prices are as competitive as anyone. They are active on the boards of the flight sims they carry so if you have any problems you can talk with them directly instead of the support@willneverbeanswered.com. These are just IMHO. No one supports and is active in flight simming like GoGamer.com. I don't work for them or get anything for saying this, it is just the truth. Try getting the support of some pimple faced geek at EB games or another store you order from, or Amazon.

Just got my package from Go Gamer with Black Shark in it. Nice to have a hard disc backup.
-
I just got notification of my order being shipped by GO GAMER. Very niiiice. I live in Nor California.
-
If he has seen them a million times THEN DON"T ANSWER THREADS LIKE THIS. That is no excuse.

RJ is right. Pretty bad form GG. I'd expect more from you. First you turn into the piracy police on this guy, then you tell him to RTFM which is as rude as it gets.
-
Which drivers are you using. A new set came out on the 3rd I believe. 182.50 or something like that.
-
This looks to be a graphics card driver issue you have. I would lay my hands on some other versions of the drivers and try them out. Though you may trade one "problem" for another with the change of drivers.

Install mission and campaign editor
Dusty Rhodes replied to dozer76's topic in DCS: Ka-50 Black Shark
And it is near impossible to make missions without starting the simulation to make sure everything is placed right, or units do what they are supposed to do, or triggers trigger when they are triggered:) You get the ideer.
