Just one more question......is there a way to transfer (or save) my pilot information, etc to my new computer without having to start all over?

Thanks to both of you for your help......now off to enjoy this sim from the viewpoint of an Intel i5 instead of my old (but reliable) AMD Opteron 185......

I was wondering what the proper way would be to take my FC2 program from my current computer and put it on my new computer that I just purchased? I would like to avoid any possible hassles. Thanks in advance for any help......

Thanks d3, that did the trick. I am now back in the saddle...errr...cockpit in single player. I am also staying away from the logbook. I think when I named my second new pilot exactly after my first "dead" pilot, it caused some problems. Now, back to tying that low altitude record................... TBob

My errors started after my original pilot decided to tie the low altitude record. I created a new pilot and then the troubles began. I can still get into multiplayer but not single.

I tried this also and it did not work. I do appreciate the response!

I am having the exact same problem. The sim worked great and now I am getting this error.
