I findi I have a problem flying VR and using the mouse to activate the AI menu for the F-14, F-15, AH-64, Petrovitch. It would be nice if I could speak to the AI and select the menu options, it would make flying solo much easier.

I finally updated to Windows 11. When I try to run DCS, the program loads and gets to the picture of all the airplanes. When the picture disappears, nothing happens. It's like it just stopped. Any one have a fix for this? I run both the "Good" DCS and Open Beta. I uninstalled OpenBeta and reinstalled it. Now Openbeta will keep asking me if I want to copy all mods from the normal version but stops after copying.

Has anyone else found this to happen in Open Beta? When I start a mission airborne and adjust the throttles, they advance correctly but then after about 5 minutes, they retard back about 15%. I'll push them back up to 95% and with all the instruments looking normal, they will retard again after about 2 minutes. I push them back up. This keeps going on. I tried the same mission on the normal server and it did not happen.

Buying Warning is a glitch. If you own the original Normandy , when you buy Normandy 2 you get a warning message that you already own the License. When you look at the ad for buying it, under it, it will say you already have a license for this product. This is a glitch in the ED software, according to Ed, It doesn't check anything in the title past Normandy. If you haven't bought it yet and want to buy it, Go ahead.

It ends up that the reason is formations. with a 4 ship, you have the 2nd digit as 1-4 so a single ship can't be 5 as in Colt 45. Back in the 70s, we did things a little differently than they do now. My call sign was my position in the Squadron (45 th pilot) and our Squadron call sign was Colt. At the time we were rather unique. Most ATC Bases didn't have their own call sign. When I was in SAC, they didn't have their own call sign.

Lately, I've put a wing man out there for grins. About 1/2 way thru the mission, he is calling Bingo fuel even though my fuel is about above 1/2. I don't go bingo for another 2 to 3 targets and way points. He has the same ordinance I have and same fuel, so why is he calling Bingo so much earlier than my plane does. Some times I can't get to my first target without crying Bingo. What a wimp.

I went to Razbam's website today and saw they have a lot of airplanes on there. It didn't say what they were compatible with. Does anyone know if they can be used with DCS as a Mod? I would love to have their F-9 as my uncle flew that after WW2. I would also like the A-1. That was an airplane I wanted to get out of USAF Pilot Training back in 1971 but assignments said we had they weren't giving out assignments as we were getting out of the War. Course it took about 5 more years to do that. LOL

F-14B and the Aim 152

Tried it. Didn't have it turned on but I turned it on and off. When I inserted a F-14B into the scenario, I could only add a Aim-54 Mk60 or an Aim 7. It would have been nice to add those as they give me more scenarios to create. Thanks for trying. -

I'm not sure why I'm having problems installing the mod, or other mods for weapons for the F-14B. I watched a Youtube explanation of how to install. I have windows 10. I saved coremod to my desktop so I can delete the affected one and reinstall it back to original. I tried using my OvGME loader that works with all my other mods. After enabling it. (only mod enabled) I went to the Mission Editor and it did not show up in the weapon's select window. I would then sign out of DCS and disable the mod. I then enabled the Harm mod, launched DCS and checked it again in the Mission editor. Still the best I got was the Aim 54. (4 version of it.) My OvGME works well with all my other mods. These mods are set up to use with OvGME. Any suggestions? I would like to play with it.

I'm new to triggers but have had a great success with them. The only thing I would like added is a delay function. For example is use a lot "when something has happened" do "Effect Smoke"; Do "Explode Unit." What I would like is a delay between the two. For Example, I would lay "Delay" then pick how many seconds to delay. If it is there, I may be miss reading it as I didn't find it. Thanks CaptScotty

I'm new to triggers, but what I do is set zones when I want things to happen. They are the "Flag" to happen. The try using "or" between flags or set up a separate trigger for each missile. Instead of "scenery explode", just use "Explode" I've used that and it works well in similar situations.
