:shocking::shocking::thumbup: incredible!! Any chance of getting some more details / drawings of your box? Having a similar problem I‘d love to get some more information / details from your solution. Are you selling drawings / plans?

Hi Mikhail Would be interested in one as well (on the Huey look a like even more). Please let me know when there‘s one available for me. Thank you very much in advance!

After trying one year with the original TM solution I gave up and waiting for #3486 now. Seems to be May (keepingfingerscrossed)

Being a real F-14 fanboy my choice was totally easy when I was in the same Situation as you: what‘s the next module after VAEOs Hawk? Pre-purchased the Tomcat the first day when possible and got the F-5 as bridging solution when the Hawk was shut down. When the Tomcat was released, I had a lot of fun with the training missions but honestly - it didn‘t last long. As I have very limited time to fly (two little kids at home) I‘m flying most of my time offline and being online, human RIOs don‘t really appreciate pilots in training. Next to this, the F-14 performance in VR is OK but for sure the most demanding module I have. Conclusion out of the above: the F-14 stays in the hangar whenever I‘d like to do some missions as performance in VR and Jester aren‘t that great but is still my favorite fun plane for some low level valley runs. Therefor myrecommendation (if the only decision is F-14 vs. F-16) would be the F-16 BUT if you‘re open for other modules as well my recommendation would be the F/A-18 if you‘d like to do some carrier operations as well or the JF-17. Don‘t have the Jeff but some of my friends are totally excited about the performance and completeness of the Jeff module. I love naval aviation and therefor my preference is clear. Hornet all the way! Even as a fanboy of the Cat!

Thank you for your suggestion. Looks good! May consider a car seat as well! Had this already in mind but I‘m using a stick extension and that‘s the reason why I tried to figure out if there‘s a seat available similar to the shape of the Jetseat. BTW how‘s your experience wirh Andre‘s Jetseat? Ison my wishlist as well

Had the same issue first, came back a couple of hours later and it worked! No idea why

Hi everyone As I'm trying to extend my Monstertech rig with a chair, I was looking around for a simchair that has a cut out in the middle of the seat area for a center mount stick (hope that explains what I mean). Couldn't find anything and unfortunately I can't spend a few thousands on an ejection seat replica or build something on my own (lack of abilities). Is there nothing available on the market or am I just too stupid to Google it properly? Thanks a lot for any suggestion

Is there any kind of waiting list / pre-order? Would like to pre-order the UFC together with the right replica panel

+1 Reverb

Looks great! Can’t wait to be able to order he UFC as well!! About the IR and master arm control panel: are you going to make them functional as well? Would be interested how you‘re doing this

Well in my opinion you can‘t compare it so easy. The TM Warthog with the green spring and no extension is a very good combination and the green spring is a big step forward. Nevertheless I think you can‘t compare it to a Virpil base with extension. For me the Virpil base with extension and a TM grip (either Warthog or F/A-18) is a huge improvement over the TM base without extension. But of course that‘s a matter of taste and budget.

Works with the V.F.X stick and the TM Hornet grip. Have mine stored in the bag as well when not in use

Subscription for email notification is live: Tekcreations F/A-18 UFC Release is getting closer! Great!! The Monstertech tablet mount is already waiting on my rig!

Installation was plug & play on my machine. In the beginning in VR I was starting from the top edge counting downwards with the finger but after a couple of times it was pretty intuitive and after two months I don‘t have big issues hitting the right OSB. Overall it‘s much faster than using my mouse

Agree!! Have the Viper RX pedals and they‘re awesome! Best pedals ever (at least from my point of view)!

Great!!!! Count me in for a VR version!!!!

Have the Amazon Basic cable and it works pretty good. From a quality perspective it‘s not a Reverb but really close to the Vive pro. Can read the gauges in the Tomcat quite good, some smaller text parts are too blurry but overall I‘d say if you have a Quest, it‘s worth trying Oculus link. I wouldn‘t recommend buying the Quest for DCS if you don’t have it already as I don‘t think it‘s comfortable enough for longer sessions. I‘d say it works quite well, image quality is surprisingly good and IPD adjustment is a pro against a Rift but the Rift is way better regarding comfort. Think it‘s a good thing for everyone who owns a Quest to give VR in DCS a try.

Mine just arrived today! Great stuff!!!! Thank you very much!!! Works like a charm and installation is straight forward without any problems. Going for another ride in the Hornet now!

Hi Jozeff I‘m pretty happy with my Reverb and don‘t have issues with my Reverb so far. The limiting factor (at least shown in fpsVR) is the GPU in my system. The CPU is running around 50% but the GPU more or less in the high 90%. Having set up my system according recommendations from Thud‘s VR4DCS blog (thanks a lot to Thud!!) I‘m getting 45 fps most of the time, only on ground with a lot of Tomcats is sometimes down to 20. Therefor the 2080 Super should be fine

Slaw Device Viper RX - love them! Masterpiece of engineering and with the additional damper and adjustable springs I can adjust the force on the rudder axis pretty good and the brake axis is great out of factory
-
Got mine today as well ans second Manhorne‘s review regarding weapon selector & trigger - love the stick and now have to figure out how to set up the base properly. Works really great with the Virpil extension and love the base way more Than my Warthog one. bilder online hochladen

Hi Gary Is there a specific reason for going with HTC? Have used a Vive pro with lens mod for a while but these days I wouldn‘t buy a Vive pro anymore for the reasons mentioned by RedX. So main question is: are you using VR for sims only or for other games as well? As the Cosmos is working with SteamVR I see no reasons why it shouldn‘t work and as installation and setup of the Vive pro was straight forward with no bigger issues I expect the same for the Cosmos.
