    Any news on the Mirage F1M?

    Hi all. Here you have an update on our projects.

    Work continues on all aspects: we keep advancing on coding for both the F1M, the F-104 and the radar upgrade, improving art, which includes pilot models, and progressing as well on several other improvements and features. In any case, it should be mentioned that some of these items are long term projects, not something imminent.

    How to use AWACS' declare / correctly use iff?

    In the Mirage F1 other airplanes can see if we are friend or foe when setting the IFF, but we can't identify other aircrafts. There is no interrogation by itself. So, the 'AWACS Declare' is the only way to know if the target is friend of enemy, depending on the circumstances.

    Our changelog has been just added to last update. You can check it in DCS Changelog and updates 2025 thread. We apologize for the delay.

     

    DCS Mirage F1 by Aerges

    General:

    • Cockpit livery selection was added to the module options. It returns the ability to use custom cockpit liveries. In particular the "Mirage F1 English Cockpit CE and EE version" user mod. Note that the mod contents should be modified by renaming 'default' folders to 'english'.

    • Module options tooltips are 'localizable' now - they will be displayed in the interface language, given their localization (translation) for this language was done.

    Systems:

    • Fixed jettison buttons guards not reacting on mouse in F1BE.

    • Fixed Optical Sight font looking blurred when its brightness is reduced.

    DCS: C-101 Aviojet by AvioDev

    • Fixed conflicting dual seat airbrake control. Note that the rear seat always has the control priority

    C-101 update

    Control Stick - 'Trim Cut'?

    Trim cut: we'll implement it for the C-101 EB (it's not present in the C-101 CC).

    TCS: Touch Control System. It's implemented in our C-101 CC simulation and explained in our manual. It basically sets the Flight Director pitch command bar to the current aircraft attitude, when pressed.

    Regarding PTT button in the control stick, it's in our to-do list, but there's an alternative, so not a major issue.
