I am using a master card debit card, I dont see if this could be a problem considering I buy stuff from Steam and Newegg with it. Is this how the setup is supposed to look?

I'm at the part where it asks me for my billing address and my billing post code. I put in my house address and my zip code. Is that what I'm supposed to enter because when I hit next it says "The Authorisation has been declined by the bank. Please try a different card." All my other info is correct so I'm sure this is the only thing that is wrong. Can someone please explain what I'm doing wrong?
