So I've got 2 each of the TM Warthog stick and throttle; 1 brick and 1 working, more or less. I've been canibalizing the bricks to get the working ones up to snuff. On the working throttle, though, all but 1 button on the right throttle isn't working. The one that does work only has the POV down portion working. I was hoping for some input on the best way to go about troubleshooting and repairing this. Thanks!

I did get it finally. You select your screen resolution in the 'settings' tab of "settings" button, then go to VR tab and gselect "use dcs resolution"

When I use VR, what I'm looking at is only displayed on a tiny window on the TV display (the "regular", 2-D display that my critics, like my kids, would see), and pressing "expand" on the top-right of that window doesn't work. Also, in settings, there is a selector for left, right, or both eye mirroring, and a couple check boxes for resolution. These don't seem to do the trick either. Thanks! What would actually work? I found it once, but alas now she's gone!

I tried doing this, and there doesn't seem to be a screen resolution selection, just an option to check "use DCS settings" and "make horizontal window" or something like that. All i've managed to do is get a vertical window from the top and bottom of the screen that's no wider than the original small window.

There's already a small "window" of it on the main screen. Would it take more to put it up there as a full-size window?

Quick question: I put this system together about 5 years ago, maybe 6 or 7, it's all a blur. I tried to future-proof it as much as possible, but I'm guessing it's a good time to gut it, replave the MB, GPU, and CPU at a minimum, and probably the RAM as well. I think the PSU (EVGA P2 1200) and case are probably reusable. I could use some guidance on what would be the best timing, and best use of money, to future-proof my next build. I'd like to keep it under $3-5k or less, and love EBay for getting deals, but don't want to spend lots of cash on stuff that doesn't return much. Also, any recommendations for utilizing what I have over the next 6 months or so with VR and MT until I can replace everything, or if this would even be able to realize any improvement with MT? Thanks!

Hi. I did find a folder in there that says "bin"with a DCS executable in it, but no "bin-MT" folder.

"You need to start the DCS.exe directly from the bin-mt folder inside you game installation folder." I can't seem to find this folder. Does anyone know the exact folder path within DCS or DCS open beta folder to start looking?

I've been wanting to fly the CASE III recovery mission in the F/A-18, but when I use the backslash button, after I hit F5 for ATC, all of the selections in the next menu are darkened out and can't be used. I'm reading the manual and will eventually learn how to use the radio the "right" way, but in the meanwhile, I wanted to be able to learn other procedures like CV landings. Thank you!

Oh, by the way; I'm reading the manual, but in the meanwhile, I'd like to use the radio backslash and F-key cheat mode, rather than doing it manually. When I fly the CASE III recovery mission, and I hit backslash, after hitting the ATC F-key, the next menu options are all darkened, so I can't select any of them, and I can't communicate with the boat.

Our mutual love of music is what brought us together decades ago. She's been all stressed out in recent years, so I figured I'd try to re-kindle music for her during her 2-hour daily commute to work & back. I'm well over $10,000 in high-end Dynaudio, Morel, Audiotec Fischer, and Tru Technology gear. Not all at once, but over about 3 years. Well, it turns out she likes having enough money to live on better than she loves music. D'oh! Hey, am I looking at you on a sailboat? I LOVE sailing!

Does anybody happen to know where I can find some kneeboards or at least diagrams like the above that I can turn into kneeboards to look at while practicing landings? Thanks!
