  1. Havi it too in 2.0 OpenAlpha
  2. And what to do when in the Root/Program Files/Eagle Dynamics/DCS Install Folder/Mods/Aircrafts/<module name>/bin/. the protect.exe just crashes? Any experience with that? And what to do?
  3. Thanks but what does this solve, I don't seem to feel any forces at all in BS. The MS SW FF2 does work in e.g. FSX/FS2004 or it's own software that came with the stick. What ingame options (values) do I need to set to feel the FF. Rob
  4. Could reupload it, because the rapidshare link is down (reached its max download number as non RS Premium member) Thanks, Rob
  5. I would love to win the lottery. They have about 12 million euro as the main price.. Rob
  6. I checked the file above and this are my values: ForceFeedbackEnabled = true; ForceTrackIR3ProZoomAxisToXAxis = true;
  7. Guys, interesting thread because I have the good ol' MS SW FF2 also but didn't feel any forces at all in BS. What options ingame do I need to tune: In options/controls. Go to axis commands, go to Flight Control Cyclic Pitch (and or Flight Control Cyclic Roll). When you click (highlight) the value in the box below the column MS SW. Then click the button FFTune (below right) Trimmer Force: (0-100). actual value 100 Shake (0-100). actual value 50 Swap Axes What values do you guys use there? Thanks in advance for the advice, Rob
  8. More important perhaps, can it be solved with our peripherals like twist sticks or in my case (CH) Rudder pedals because it causes an inherent instability while on the ground. Rob
  9. I start a training lesson and the moment the tutor says "welcome trainee" I hit th ESC button and after that CTRL which gives me full control of the KA-50 and the tutor just chats along with his lecture and I follow procedure as instructed. Fine way to learn..just as in real life while doing my PPL. Rob
  10. Thanks guys your answers are much appreciated and lluminating :) Rob
  11. Hi there, Small question(s) while learning to control the BS. While taxiing I noticed that there is no differential braking, only the (Crtl-)W braking and Park Brake (PB)? I have a CH Rudder and it would be nice to use the toe brake(s) Another one related: the castoring front wheel, why does it castor to the left (or right) when standing stationary with either engine on/off and collective fully down. Does it have some kind of brake to stop the front wheel from castoring? Or do I use the PB for that. Bit silly questions I guess but I'm a longtime MS FS9/FSX flyer so these little sim details matter to me :music_whistling: Thanks in advance, Rob
  12. I good be wrong but I only find an interleave2.bmp in /bazar/temptextures folder. Should I backup that one? Thanks, Rob
