  1. Same issues here, not going to lie, it's EXTREMELY annoying, as someone who is new to DCS landing is not something i can do easily without any issues, and when i run a mission and down 4 migs etc, only to need fuel and rearm, i land a bit to hard damage the tires and cannot repair, not gonna lie, it turns me off the game completely. Some might see it as a small bug, mostly Vet's who have no issues landing, but for newer players this is quite a big bug thats been around for over 2 years, i mean you're charging 80 bucks for a single plane, yes it's got fully interactive cockpit, great, can you at least try and you know, fix game breaking bugs like this? Completely kills the immersion having to respawn a new plane or start mission over. Not trying to sound overly salty here but 2 years is more then enough time to have this stupid bug fixed.
  2. Ye the only real bottleneck with a 4790k is the fact it runs on a motherboard for ddr3 ram, that's literally the only drawback on it, but if i get 32gb or more i should be fine, right now it's playable for sure, i just notice in multiplayer it seems to be laggy at plane selection screen etc, might be because i have blackdesertonline running in tray mode though
  3. Ye i can't afford a HOTAS warthog nor would i ever buy from ebay/second hand, just how i am, I'm also considering the X56 from logitech's website, can anyone give input on this stick? theres like several variants of the stick but id be buying them one from Logitech's website itself.
  4. Thanks for the information, ye my CPU is not bottlenecking me in the slightest believe it or not lol, the 4790k is still a beast in my opinion and it uses at best 50% of cpu usage during DCS. I could use more ram though due to being ddr3, maybe that will be a future upgrade.
  5. As title says, im currently using a logitech extreme pro, it's quite old and would like to get a decent hotas to play dcs world. Currently I'm torn between 2 sticks due to budget, the x52 and tm 16000m, i read alot of comments about how the x52 has bad build quality etc yet there is a store near where i live that sells them, ontop of this it seem's to have better overall button layouts which are more comfortable to use, also more hats/buttons on the stick. The 16000m however has a lot of buttons and hats on the throttle but from looking at reviews and such there not in the best of places for finger placement, also the stick itself is very limited in buttons which is a bit of a bummer. Both of these sticks are 140 euro where i live so im torn which i should pick, even though everyone raves on about the 16000m being god tier etc, the stick itself looks pretty meh and has a lack of buttons, the x52 however looks like it has less resistance on the stick, more buttons and overall a better (DCS) stick, im sure elite dangerous or w/e the 16000m is more suited. Any advice welcome
  6. So have Oculus Tool Supersampling at 0 then?
  7. Will check it out, cheers. Just curious before i check out your post, do you use Oculus Tool with multisampling or do you have that at 0 and use the ingame pixel sampling instead? or do you use both?

    VR in 2.5

Do you happen to use super sampling from the oculus tool or is that turned off due to using the in game option?
  9. So i have a oculus rift, i use oculus tool and 1.2 super sampling, i leave pixel sampling at 1.0 in game, was wondering if anyone has figured out best settings for vr/dcs 2.5 gtx 1080, 16gb ram, i7 4790k
