With your info I can add that I believe that the problem was with the Axis controls of the headtracker, I just was trying to run DCS without the headtracker opened. I edited my message with my solution. Thanks to this post!

Edit - FIXED (see below) I'm with the same problem But, when recently installed the DCS, I has a week with daily crash on every first DCS run of the day. But today, I have crash every time a try to run. So I did this without success: * Run fast Repair * Run slow Repair * Delete/rename options.lua * Disable MSAA * Repair again * Delete _downloads folder * Restaure _downloads folder Only mods I have: headtracker simple radio standalone I'll try to delete this mods and try all the process again FIXED: My problem was just the opentrack.exe that's was configured to hook the DCS_updater.exe and DCS_world.exe but I was forgoting to open the opentrack.exe first so then run DCS. I don't know why. But some updates like this of march 13 has very slow speeds. For some sec can reach 8~9 MBps but almost entire time it's below 100 KBps ... very frustrating
