  1. The most recent video I could find of the F-14, posted 11/13/2021- enjoy
  2. I can't even begin to tell you how awesome this is
  3. Just really needed to share this awesome video uploaded today. Holy crap, man.
  4. I must've watched your above narrated video a dozen times- Strike pretty much flew a spot-on demo if you match it up to any one of the actual demos loaded up on Youtube. How did Strike fly it so perfectly? He a prior Tomcat pilot or something? Anyways, I'm pretty much where Spurts is- just flying around n whatnot, trying my best. I'll get there one day...
  5. One of the things I would love to do with this plane is an airshow demo but honestly, I don't know how. Sure, I know the maneuvers but I don't know how to perform them properly in an airshow setting- any help? Altitudes, speeds, size of the airshow box, etc Is there official F-14 airshow demonstration documentation out there I don't know about? I apologize if this has been brought up before- thanks fellow Turkey drivers
  6. Ok- here try this link instead. Not sure why they're showing as corrupted https://mega.nz/folder/iw8ywRga#hbNSHslc8IVzEE395Is0hA

  8. here you go- unless you saw a different version or something. Spoilers_Flaps Tips.pdf Case I Landing Tips Victory 205 Rev 1.pdf
  9. While we're on the subject, could someone tell me what MCO stands for?
  10. I have tried numerous times to upload these files on the DCS user files site to no avail. Anyways, if anyone is interested, I posted a link below to my pilot checklists. The expanded checklist includes all the verbiage, notes, cautions, and warnings. The simplified checklist removes all of that. These are just pdf versions of both- no kneeboard (maybe later?). Taken straight from the NATOPS manual and any steps lined-out are not (yet?) implemented in DCS. This was just for personal use but figured there might be others out there who may benefit. - Interior Inspection - Pre-Start - Engine Start - Post-Start - Final Checker (Ashore and CV) - Taxi - Takeoff Challenge and Reply - Ascent - In-Flight Refueling - Pre-Land and Descent - Landing - Post-Landing https://drive.google.com/open?id=1g9Bz1DRB77fltQc1JDYt1sizlv_yKzZy
  11. Open Beta and my step-by-step is Jester assisted startup - when I activate DLC, thumbwheel moves the spoilers as they should. But the gauge and exterior view show no horizontal stab movement. I'll hop on in a few n run through it again but Jester's getting ejected if he fails me again. Thanks guys
  12. Yes, flaps are down and DLC is engaged. No horizontal tail movement even with thumbwheel actuation. I watched the Jabbers Jester-assisted startup video and it shows the stab movement with DLC activation.
  13. So I've had the F-14 for awhile now and I thought I would get a little more serious with it and do a complete Jester-assisted start today. When it came time to engage the DLC, I didn't get the horizontal tail shift. What am I missing? I followed all the steps up to this point and everything is up and running, but still no clue as to what's up. Thanks for any assistance.
  14. If interested, here's a link to pilot checklists- both the expanded and simplified. I took them from the NATOPS manual- Interior Inspection Prestart Engine Start Poststart Final Checker Ashore and CV Taxi Takeoff Challenge/Reply Ascent In-Flight Refueling Preland and Descent Landing Postlanding Enjoy, fellow flier ;) https://drive.google.com/open?id=1g9Bz1DRB77fltQc1JDYt1sizlv_yKzZy
