I too just got this and cant seem to get it to work. I don't have the super hornet option at all in the ME, installed using OvGME

I have made this work. I use the down button on the ENG CONT side for my launch bar. Down is down else up. I have this in the NEW Special input for 2-pos 1-signal switches, line 973 of the default joystick lua. { down = gear_commands.LaunchBarSw_EXT, up = gear_commands.LaunchBarSw_EXT, cockpit_device_id = devices.GEAR_INTERFACE, value_down = 1.0, value_up =-1.0, name = _('Launch Bar Control Switch (special) - EXTEND/RETRACT'), category = {_('Special For Joystick'), _('Left Vertical Panel')}}, I use this for the gear handle (EAC) on my warthog throttle. { down = iCommandPlaneGearUp, up = iCommandPlaneGearDown, name = _('Landing Gear Control Handle 2-Pos UP/DOWN'), category = {_('Left Vertical Panel')}}, I also made my own SpeedBrake option for the switch on the throttle. I use a bump feature. I like to quick engage the brake and let it return so the spring feature is great for this. Here is my default lua I use just for the 18. I tried quaggles injection mod, it worked for a while now it doesnt show at all so back to what I was doing before default.lua

Ok so, I haven't played in a few months sadly so I just got the latest update/Maverick. Opened up mission editor to play around and update my previously made mission. The SuperCarrier does not spawn now. If I start my mission cold and dark, ramp the plane falls to water and blows up. It does this in the FA-18 specific missions SUPERCARRIER needed, its just not there. I tried making a new mission in Persian Gulf, the TR, nothing on deck except my lone F18, and one waypoint. The carrier does not show. What is with this?

I just started getting this. Is there a vid showing how to fix this still up? I don't want to crack the base plate either and mess it up

Any chance the deck crew will get wands for the night lighting? Also better night lighting to better match night ops?

clearly the ground crew in the game have no clue how things supposed to be ha ha. That's why they carry nvg bags

Does anyone know where the ground crew info is? Wondering because I would like to change the switching of the JHMCS and the NVG's. Not all missions are day or night, most cross over and having that option only in the ground crew menu is stupid to me? Can you change those in flight, I honestly haven't tried yet.

yes I get the P/INS advisory on deck after alignment. I put it in IFA instead of NAV on deck now and all seems to work.

Question, how do you know if GPS is available? Is that something added?

well got it to work after leaving my MOA. I guess I had to take it out of master arm and deselect AG as well as having IFA selected. Ill have to try it sooner and see if that works or if it takes time to take effect now

I'm still having this same issue. I always start from a moving carrier and have gotten the same HSI messages as seen on here (TODAY), doing the alignment then switching the the NAV mode. I've tried switching to the IFA and no luck, my fall line is still at that odd 30 degree angle. This has been happening to me for the last 2 updates or so.

Is there an update for this for most recent update? I see a lot in the ME that no longer are available

I have been trying to update my database as well and always a nogo. Test button under the editor never seems to work. I followed a vid posted a week ago on how to paste the command into the keyword command window yet MINE looks like the attachment provided. I cannot paste anything or get any other windows to pop up. WTF is wrong with my software?
