  1. The ironic thing is the same day as this fiasco, Virpil flawlessly debuted their UK store and has an ongoing summer sale.
  2. Disregard. On the third time running repair (I'm stubborn and insane, lol) controls started working as well as axis tune Anywhose, I'm back to crashing and burning by my own hand, lol.
  3. Problem just started today as everything was fine two days ago when I last played. I could feel that my controls (Winwing Orion base and Virpil rudder pedals) were no longer tuned how I tuned them. DCS was recognizing their inputs put when I clicked the "Axis Tune" button, not only dies the tunning option not open, but DCS stops recognizing controller inputs all together. dcs.log
  4. What he said is true. Those TDC commands for RHC and LHC are for the slew controls on the controllers, as he said.
  5. Seems like one of the updates has broken the mission. At around the time you contact Beirut ATC, a message pops up that says "You did not have permission to engage", then the mission just ends. Looking at the post-mission info screen, something is engaging the ships and it isn't me.
  6. I call this the Subway argument (Subway is a sandwich chain in the US, for those you don't know). "I don't like tuna so no one should have a tuna sub!" People forget we aren't in multi-million dollar machines and compromises should at least be considered for the purposes of gameplay (like emphasizing audio feedback to make up for physical feedback). I guarantee everyone in the "ultra realism no compromise" crowd has used pause and active pause at some point.
  7. Not being unbearable is a matter of opinion. That being said, the constantly waffling back and forth on the Harrier's systems made me lose a lot of faith in RAZBAM's "SME" (going from method A to method B to method C because it was correct, only to go back to A because actually, that is correct).
  8. Of all the decades of knowing and saying that base's name, I've never thought of it as the OP did. Probably because I'm not a 5 year-old.
  9. I guess naming it just 'F-15E' like every other folder for it in the game made too much sense...
  10. Unless you're in the Israeli Air Force, lol.
  11. I wasn't trying to insinuate they didn't. I'm just saying the Strike Eagle can be employed in the A2A roll.
  12. It's incorrect to say "no one" uses the E in that way. F-15E squadrons deployed for Operation Northern Watch and Southern Watch (no fly zones over Iraq after the First Gulf War) were employed in an Air-to-Air roll and were armed as such (with some ground ordinance at times to take out SAM sites that fired on them.
  13. Shouldn't happen that he community has to make a simple fix for something that shouldn't have changed in development to begin with. Whom at ED decided to ad a WW2 asset in this mission to begin with?
  14. The Black Shark is essentially a DCS module stuck in the Lock-On days in terms of control mapping.
