I have searched the forums, watched the youtube videos, written many .LUA Monitor configs, I can’t get this to work. I am attempting to export the LEFT_MFCD, RIGHT_MFCD and CENTER_MFCD from the Hornet. I am using a 3440x1440 as monitor one in windows, with the second monitor being a 21.5 inch 1920x1080 underneath it Mounted with three TM Cougar Bezels and an Xkeys that imitates the UFC and has some other mappings. The left edge lines up in windows. Total resolution for Monitorconfig is 3440x2520. I have mounted the bezels and calculated the coordinates. As I understand it I need to make a LUA for Monitor Config in the saved games folder and edit the .LUA for Center Viewport, add Left/Right MFCD and Center_MFCD with starting coordinates, then edit the F18 .LUA’s for export. Also some things I’ve seen talks about a line that is GUI = with resolutions to avoid weird display behavior. Can’t get it to work with it in or out. Does anybody know of a software tool that will let me drag stuff around and spit out a .LUA that will work or is anybody with a similar setup willing to post up there .LUA’s? If I’ve got anything wrong please correct me, there is obviously a problem somewhere. Thanks you in advance!

Please tell me we’re still not waiting the better part of a year for these. There is no universe, covid or not, where that is acceptable. More of a problem is that nowhere when ordering is this mentioned or explained. The only communication of delivery time is 60 days in a form email when you order.

Just my .02 but we need the B version with the level sighted bombing function more than we need a fighter bomber. This would also make MP dynamic stuff more interesting opportunities for escorts for runs against airports and radar stations etc. Fingers crossed we get a B version sometime in the future.

Keybinds and shortcuts will not change channels on channel select knob 1/2. Pull to select command still functions.

I searched and found this is an 9ld issue but for some reason after aim 9x is selected it will never stop its beep. This was supposedly fixed about a month ago but the only way I can get it to stop is to turn down the wpn volume aft of the throttles. Running the latest steam dcs open beta. Thanks in advance. Is this known? Anybody else having this problem.

Well here it is. Wire management and some odds and ends. The finish product is nice and very stable. That’s about the only thing I can really give a glowing review about. Assembly was an absolute nightmare. 14 hours of pure hell on earth. Missing hardware, NO instructions. Nothing of any kind. Not even a link to online instructions. Web and MT.de turned up nothing. YT video still frame from prototype videos were used for the construction of expansion units. Shipping was too expensive. Make your own order plates from them for the specialty stuff. Night vision is supposed to be modeled in f18c I cannot figure out how to to turn it on. No binding options that I can find. Key board binds mentioned in the video are a no go. Are we still waiting on this?

TMWH was out of center by over 3000 on the roll axis. Calibration using the TMWH calibration tool fixed the issue instantly. Hey its not like its a $250 stick or anything.

I'm starting to doubt if version 1 will arrive any time in the near future. I've got a pit waiting for a throttle. Deadline just got blown out. Maybe end of October is the new deadline. Version 1 should have had these features. I've been saying this in lots of threads, I cant believe how under served the flight sim hardware is. There literally is not a single prosumer grade throttle has everything I want. Throttles costing $403.00 US after shipping should include, to me; 1) Good construction and materials for longevity. 2) Hall sensors for everything applicable 3) An analog mini stick 4) 4 and 5 way hats 5) Separate axis for twin engines 6) User select able finger lifts or detents 7) Lots of generic switches/buttons/rotaries on the base 8 Axis control for radar planes AND 9) A company that has a product in stock or at least meets delivery deadlines. The Virpil gets so close......but no cigar. Since it's the best thing out there, I guess I'll wait for it to arrive someday. If I want to fly in the next two months though I guess i'm going to have to waste some money on a placeholder. Thrustmasters lack of offerings and lack of product updates is disappointing. The TMWT overall is a big disappointment for anything other than the A10C module. The analog slew is trash, but it's available. The TMWS has been less than great as well. Mine was off by 3000+ center calibration right out of the box.

Could be. But I’m spending so much time trying to trim It’s crazy. I would think since delta in KTAS are a part of ACM this would have to be a lot easier. I think it’s a combo of air speed changes and a stick not centered. Mind you pitch trim adjustments are fine. This is all roll. None the less I appreciate the feedback very possibly could be a contributing factor.

Found this thread. I’m going to be really pissed if this is a fix. I’ll post results for the next sucker that buys one of these things if it works. I guarantee this is going to be the problem. Thanks svsmokey I was not trying to fly with trim only. I will re examine the axis bindings and see what’s going on. I’m also questioning if it’s something I’ve done wrong. I am using custom curves on the left/right thrust axis to match the mil detent. They line up in the quadrant when inspected using ctrl e. But having so little experience I’m looking at everything. Fuel burn and nozzle position and rpm percent match, I don’t know. Good to know this isn’t normal. Flying a real single prop is easier LOL.

Thanks Lancel. I have my dead zone set to 4 on the warthog. Ctrl E shows center with no movement. Loading for my two flights were symmetrical. Fuel center, aim 9m x2, full gun, 7m x 2. I was spending way too much time trimming. Would get it level then make a roll or do a climb then when I went to wings level would have to re trim.
