Those you are referring to are a limited amount of obnoxious users. Most people here are -in different nuances- well aware of how difficult and complex can be your job. If I may say so, the best medicine for nonsense is continue to improve transparency and communication with your playerbase. Anyway, I think the discord channel is a great idea.

There's a sticky thread in this forum i.e. AV-8B N/A Update News, which I'd really like to see updated more often. IMO, no need for videos or other stuff, a forum thread is enough, but it has to be updated regularly.
