I use a virpil throttle as my main throttle device, I have been using a warthog throttle also, just for the extra buttons. It worked great until a few updates ago. Now the warthog is not recognized in DCS, but it is still seen in device manager in windows. Did DCS change something that could be the cause? I have tried unplugging from USB, restarting computer, then plugging back in. I have also tried plugging into a different usb. Any suggestions on other things i could try?

I cant get the updater to stay running. It acts like its opening but then it closes. I need to get to the screen to change build, Im frusterated hoping for suggestions.

Ive had to reinstall SSA, now it does not find sound module. Any ideas on how I make it see sound module?

I have had to do a reinstall, and cant get SSA to see the Sound Module. Sound module is working, but in SSA it will not let me click the shaker button and unclick the seat. It is not showing the types of aircraft, only the general settings. How do I verify its looking for the right dcs file? After reinstall, I did get the key that matched my new string, and it accepted the key. It is not updating the aircraft flown, and does not work for the different effects. Ive been trying to get it functioning for a couple weeks now, Im sure I have a setting wrong somewhere. Any suggestions?

I have been part of this development, it is a very unique server. There are things here that I have not seen in DCS. --Flying a P51 as recon, able to send targeting info, that anyone on server can pull up coordinates for target. --Limited number of aircraft and weapons...but possible ways to get supplies flown to your airfield. --Helo Ops are very significant, they actually matter. --Persistence..build base defenses, tanks, troops..you spend time setting up an AI defense system---then if there is a DCS crash or you log off for whatever reason, come back 4 days later, and if phase has not been completed----ITS ALL STILL THERE---minus any casualties. Game changer. --Our discord has places to add your ideas--- yea, YOUR THOUGHTS MATTER !. I have had a few ideas that I thought were impossible, but a few days later they are functional. Your input is a very important part of this server. --Realism but blended with the overall goal that this should be fun --Escorts...yea we have an escort service. So say your on at an odd time and only a couple of you are on. Need CAP support as you ingress in the "Hog", how about a F18 Wingman (that actually works) who will follow or orbit an area. Flying a Helo, need an A10 to run ahead and scout an area and send a target report....etc. --Friendly, our biggest qualification stat. Lets be friendly with each other, respectful. We dont want it to be a training server, just due to the fact that resources are limited, but it is possible that we may add an area for training. You dont have to be a superstar, just competent in an airframe. If you have a preference of airframe that there are not many of, they can be added. I think most airframes are represented in here.

Broken flip trigger My flip trigger broke on my Vitpil Mongoose CM2. I contacted Virpil, theyemailed back the next day for more info about what exact stick I bought and order number. I thought this meant, either they would ship me the part or get me info on how to order replacement part. Stick was about 4 weeks old. After that contact from them, I have not gotten any response in the last 2 months. I have emailed a couple of times asking if I can order the replacement part, I would be ok with buying the part. All I need is the plastic trigger itself, which they know. I am very disappointed, I love the stick, throttle and 2bases I have. Even without that trigger it's still what I use. I have the VKB that is comparable, and the Hog. I am losing hope that this will get resolved. Bryan Reigle

Blank charts These are awesome. Im not able to click on it and download it. Ive been making a chart....but mine sucks compared to these. What can a do to get these as a file i can print off on pdf? I got it....just did what it said to..ha. Trying to plan swap over from WH throttle tp Virpil.

I have both index and rift s... So far the rift s has been WAY easier to set up and have great frame rates with. Not a huge difference in pic quality.....but im still tweaking on it

When I had similar issue, my problem was I was flipping the ACM switch.... Not realizing that greatly limited Jester.

Im having issues today with no pitch input recognized by f14. Other planes it works, but no elevators for f14, tried restarting DCS, tried changing cats, tried going to other mission. In the axis calibration, both in DCS and in windows, warthog is working perfectly. With f18, still have full controls. Also in DCS controls adjustment list, the pitch is highlighted purple. It is the only thing highlighted purple, this is new for me. Please tell me what Im missing. elevators move with aileron input, and with the pitch trim, but not with flightstick. The stick in the cockpit does not move backward and forward with movement of my Warthog, but it will move side to side. I have logged on and off a few times, done hard reset of computer. Frusterated. Also. the RIO stick WILL move forward and backward, in synch with HOTAS.

im finding info for dcs 1.5 to swap back and forth, but not for 2.5

If I download the beta version, what will happen to my current 2.5 version... will it screw up my install?

so if we have dcs 2.5 -- we don't get the f14?

of course as I prepare for the 14... my track ir goes goofy, my Ikarus stops working--- ha. Frantic ! Im still not seeing it either, maybe they are breaking it up to minimize crash on server.

I need to get into the menu to do the "finish" for update. Left cntrl + left alt + c, is supposed to get me into that menu... but that does not work. How can I get into that menu?

it took me a bit to finally get everything right (Im not as computer savy as many of you all) But holy hell.... I got it right now, and the combo of simshaker for aviators and the sound module by Andre, is worth every penny. It will totally bring the aircraft to life. I have only tried the hornet so far, but Andres program definitely makes the buttkicker an excellent addition. The sound module is not very expensive and the simshaker for aviators is free, I am looking for the way to make donation to that guy though. These guys that spend so much time making this community better, absolutely deserve a little cash. Andres sound module will allow you to adjust all the sounds and shakes, to how you think they should be. I love having the afterburners with very strong vibration in comparison to the normal throttle, helps remind you that your burning lots of fuel. Just totally changes this sim. Im suppose to go back to Texas in a week to work my 2week hitch---- but I don't know, maybe I need to take a few more days off.

after installing the latest update, I cant get it to work at all in DCS. When im not running DCS, I hear the beep and I see it recognizes what I am saying. In-game I do hear a beep, but nothing happens. I have tried changing the go to from "active window" to "dcs world", still no beeps. I am sure there are many things I could have wrong, but any suggestions? I do start as "administrator", I have downloaded latest versions of both voice attack and the dcs vaicom plugin. I want to try a complete uninstall and reinstall. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\update//////////// on FAQ on ViacomPro page, there is a link to a youtube video about this issue. He suggest deleting the export lua in the saved games script folder. This fixed it.... Very excited to have it back....

Emmy. I ordered one, I live in St.Louis Missouri. It took around 5 days total to get to me. It really is an awesome piece of gear. It has all of the authentic buttons, even though DCS does not use some of them. I have extras set up for the f10 comms menu, a direct attack bogies, attack air defense, engine start. I use mine for every aircraft, just shows up as a joystick, programming is easy. Whatever these guys build, I will buy. The front cover can be removed and replaced, I would be interested in buying the same box just with a front cover that has Hornet functions labeled. Its worth more than they charge.

Ok I have sent the money and I have confirmation. I did not receive the activation key. I did not have it downloaded before I went on the site, I thought I needed to pay for it first. I have saved the number the download gave me, but did not receive the activation key. Probably due to the time difference.

New articulation sphere can be bought at Shapeway, costs 7.50 each and they say they ship in 3 days from order. Im going to try that, but I am considering the new base.
