Hello together, im a long time Flightsimmer but had to take a brake for the last couple of years but finally im getting a little more of freetime and so im returning to my hobby. After so long im almost a complete Noob again and i never played Online until now but i would love to start it and so im looking for a Squad or a buddy who is willing to train with me. I have the A10-C and think about buying the F/A 18C but right know i would prefer to learn the A-10C Im one of the "as real as it gets" simmer so i look to learn with realistic procedures and im living in Germany so UTC+1. Thank you in advance!

I really love the DCS Series but in my opinion the best looking Sim out there ist RoF hands down. But its not really fair to compare because of the amazing avionic the DSC Series have to compute. But i love the pictures of Nevada (with exception of the Taxiway textures), a huge step forward for DCS, cant wait to fly it.

Hmm okay it seems this is no option anymore. Evrytime after changing something the pilot gets deletet... i guess i have to live with the fact that i will not have a true flight time...oh why have i turn off the invulnerability :pilotfly:

sorry for revive this old thread but after i lost my pilot because of a stupid bug i wantet to bring him back but i cant find a players.lua anywhere. .\MissionEditor\data\scripts\Logbook\Players.lua is empty, was there any changes since then and where can i find the file now?

Because i missed it until here, whats witch civil traffic? On or Off? Is it a FPS Killer?

Yea sure if i start right at the beginning and make a quick start up it fits but if i do a realistic start up there is no way in hell to make it in time. Just sayin it is a pity if i have a mission which feels real but forces me to do a unrealistic start up.

Amen! I really love your missions, one of the few which feel just real and not like a game, cant wait for the next missions! But one is a really problem for me, is it possible that you start up really fast? I use PaulRKIII Checklist and try to do it as real as possible and i have no chance to be ready when leader rolls in Mission 1 or to be in time to destroy the tank in mission 2. Would it be possible to make a version of your missions with a little more time?

The APU is a little turbine which provides compressed air and drives an electrical generator and a hydraulic pump. So when you turn on the generator without the APU running nothing at all happens.
