  1. i use the 'thumb' rotary on the X52 throttle piece for the zoom. Its a bit annoying though, because its very jittery and sporadicly zooms in and out at certain settings.
  2. youre gonna LOVE TrackIR. I held off on it for a year or so and now i gave in and got TIR5 + trackclip pro. bloody amazing, no other words
  3. Good to hear about positive progress! get that transformer! I am planning on getting it as well. That keyboard dock seems like a great addition if you travel/go to college/etc
  4. nice! whilst i don't have an ipad my dad does, i'll borrow it and give this a go when its out :D

looking good! really looking forward to this and also nevada/nellis
  6. Thanks for that, I looked up some other forums about usb issues on my laptop model and a set of firmware + driver updates seemed to make the USB 3.0 ports work :D
  7. Hi guys! So i have recently got a new laptop, which is great for the most part but it currently has 2xUSB 2.0 and 2xUSB3.0 sockets. Plugging my mouse and my X52 into the 2.0 sockets works fine, but they dont seem to want to play ball with the 3.0 sockets. Anybody else experiencing the same thing? Would a third I/O device like TrackIR5 + TrackClipPro work with USB 3.0, as I am considering getting these? Thanks!
  8. Hello! I am running A-10C on a laptop (i7-2720QM/GTX 485M/8GB Ram/Intel 320 SSD+500GB HDD) at 1920x1080, all settings maxed out (except water @ low and MSAAx4). In the instant action missions and flying online, i get 60fps with TGP ON in normal flight, but this can drop to ~35-40 when things get really busy. It's been amazing so far and with the sim installed on the SSD, i have only had one or two short stutters so far. Hope that helps!
  9. considering getting the ASUS transformer tablet running Android, I would definitely get this app if you were to get it running on android! looks amazing.
  10. hmm, i had the same thing happen to me yesterday. However, in CCIP guns mode there was a 'wagon-wheel' similar to the Maverick wagon wheel, and the gun rounds were impacting at the centre of this wheel.
  11. Hi EtherealN, I use the 32bit Vista OS, how does one increase the available address space for the A-10?
  12. both the stick and the throttle bases are about 17cm x 17cm. If you extend the throttle to 100%, the forward most part of the throttle extends 6cm over the forward edge of the throttle base, making the new dimension 23cmx17cm. Throttle at 0% fits inside the 17cm x 17cm square made by the base. Hope that helps! edit: data is for X52 standard, but im sure the X52 pro is exactly the same in terms of dimensions.
