Let me check the simple communication option, it hasnt changed since the last update. I will get back with you. On Mission 02, I opened a bug report, but not sure if it has been looked at. If I dont hear anything by tomorrow, I will edit the mission to have a chopper despawn and another respawn to simulate the pilot pickup.

Hey guys, Having a bug where an AI huey will not land at the end of Mission 02 of OPF. The pilot is located in trees on slightly sloped terrain. The mission worked on 4 Feb 2018 (stream link: ). I have reports now and confirmed the huey will not land now. I even moved the pilot into an open area away from trees just South of the original LZ and the huey refuses to land, kinda bounces around, but will not land. Not sure what changed in the last 2 hotfixes to effect this, I can send the test team the raw .miz file, cant post here due to it being part of paid DLC. Thanks for any assistance in advance. Just tested the mission, I even moved the pilot to the open area just south of the original pilot location and the Huey refuses to land... I wonder if something changed since the last two hotfixes regarding landing on sloped terrain? I streamed the mission on 4 Feb 2018 and the huey landed I will submit a bug report. VladoBG, first off thanks for your comments, but this thread was about issues in Mission 04, not the pace and enemy units of the entire campaign. I don't see every comment in the forums immediately, but when I see them I respond. I would recommend replaying Mission 01 when Whiplash explains the SAM footprints, plus reviewing the mission documentation located in the campaign folder which explain various aspects of the campaign. The A10C is used in Close Air Support roles which include executing soft targets, and assisting troops in contact. I suggest maybe alittle more patience and less negativity in your posts.

Let me check, I played it about 2 weeks ago and the helo would land. The newest version of the mission just came out in Hotfix 3, I will get back to you. If the trees are affecting the huey I will move the pilot location.

Dang it, when I added an extra fire team to help ensure the trigger at HVT-1 location would activate one of the soldiers I mistakenly placed was a M1 Grande Soldier (WWII Asset Pack) instead of a M4 soldier. I have submitted the corrected file to ED. I apologize for the inconvenience, thanks for reporting.

Guys, I tested the mission this afternoon and moved the Chinook LZ 75 meters North of its current location. I also changed the landing time to 5 seconds. I submitted the fixed mission file to ED tonight. It will be in the next patch. Thanks for the input.

Vlado, I tested the mission and Rawhide-1 (Seal Team) did assault the compound and get extracted. However, I am going to change the extraction LZ for the Rangers (Chalk-1 & 2) and limit the time the Chinook (Outlaw 4-2) is on the ground for exfil. I have updated the mission and submitting to ED for inclusion into next patch. Thanks for reporting.

Guys, I tested the mission twice and confirmed on the first time Voodoo-23 (platoon) did not assault the compound after the Show of Force was completed. So I added another squad which will activate once Voodoo calls for a show of force. Tried the mission a second time and this time Voodoo-23 did assault the compound, so I had the same results as you guys. The additional squad will help ensure the trigger is activated. I will submit the updated mission to ED for input into the next patch. Thanks for reporting.
