  1. Are the hydraulic failures simulated on the jet? I tried forcing them on in the mission editor, even all the systems at once (1A,1B,2A,2B), but it doesn't seem to make any difference on the plane. I tried forcing other different failures, and all they work. But I cannot simulate any hydraulic failure.
  2. Thanks, but I didn't mean to request random failures. I know they already exist on MP. I was asking about triggering specific failures on an exact moment, just like you can do when creating a SP mission.
  3. Yes thanks. But that's not precise enough for the kind of missions I want to edit. Only having the time factor on a MP scenario is almost useless. In SP you can control when to trigger certain failures when someone for example enters an area, or does an specific action, or even you can make them happen via COMMs menu when you thing it's the appropiate moment. That's what I'm wishing to have in MP.
  4. Ok, but I mean to get full control over all the system failures and not to have them random. In SP missions you can control exactly when, where and how you want an specific failure to occur. It's great for practicing some emergency procedures. On MP there's no way to implement something like that.
  5. For instance to make MP missions simulating some specific emergency situations to practice how to deal with them. Real pilots have simulator sessions to practice how to react on emergencies. On DCS you can only implement something like this on SP missions, so far.
  6. No sir. When you make an aircraft CLIENT or PLAYER on a MP mission, you lose all those options.
  7. I don't know if it's viable, but I'd like the MP servers marked as favourites not to be erased as well as their passwords after each DCS update.
  8. I know It's been mentioned before, but for it not to fall into oblivion it'd be great to have the system failures implementation working in MP!
  9. Hi. I don't know if it's a problem on my end or it has been reported before. Since some time ago, when I ask the ground crew via VAICOM to remove the wheelchocks, they do nothing. The VoiceAttack log reports the right order (GroundCrew: Wheelchocks remove), ground crew repplies and, after a few seconds, they say "wheelchocks removed", but they are still on. If I do the same with VAICOM, but via the F-menu, everything works fine. EDIT: It happens with the Tomcat, I don't know if it's the same with other modules.
  11. Exactly... That simple sudden black screen when dead seems more natural and appropiate than switching to an external view, IMHO.
  12. Sounds interesting. Everything that adds realism to the sim is a +1 for me
  13. +1.... Always thought the same, but never remembered to write about it on the wish list thread!
  14. I personally do not like that external view when dying as well. But not for the noise or the shock. It's just because if I'm flying from a 1st person POV, I don't like it to be changed. I'd prefer a simple effect and fading into black. Maybe a fire or flashing light effect and then, black. But something pretty simple.
