I think this is the best campaign since Raven One. The level of details are insanely amazing. Just reading through the Intelligence Briefing and SPINS makes me feel like real fighter pilot on his way to a new theater. The dialogue are amazing with different responses based on our action. Love the departure/arrival procedures. Just finished mission 1 twice. My first attempt I got lost on arrival sequence. Coming to low over Ceyhan (only relying on my TACAN to find my bearing) The ATC scold me for flying to low over Ceyhan. lol got 80 points. Second attempt, tried to familiarized myself with the landmarks/cities to find my way through corridor 302. Coming into runway too high and have to make an overhead landing pattern, This time the ATC lady said that she's not impressed with my flyby. but at least I got 100 score this time. I can only imagine the time, hard work and effort you did to make this. Thank you for giving us this insanely immersive campaign!

I got the same issue. I found a workaround though. After the INS finish the alignment. I switched to IFA, and changed the HSI to N UP, setting bullseye, waypoint etc. After I get airborne I revert the HSI back to T UP and the aircraft symbol faces up again as it should.

I found a workaround. Before starting INS alignment I changed the HSI mode to N UP. After I get airborne I changed it back to T UP and voila, the aircraft symbol is getting back facing up just as it should.

So I was trying to replay mission 3 and noticed something unusual. When the AMPCD lights up and I started the INS allignment. The aircraft symbol in the middle of HSI/SA doesnt facing up. Instead it was facing right. Tried mission 4. Same thing. However if I continue the campaign (im at mission 11 now) or trying to cold start using instant action the aircraft symbol is facing up like it should. Not sure if this raven one related issue. But since the condition only happen when I load raven one mission so I put it here. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

So I'm in mission 3, I took off about 1 minute after smoke and follow the flight plan. I got no join formation and fence in trigger right until I reached wp1. Played this mission before and it was working as intended. (join formation, fence in, checking in with tanker all the way to the bombing mission) what do I do wrong?

The F10 radio menu/options command solved the problem! Thanks for the help

my mouse is within the window. But I cannot click it. Tried to poitt and click using the hand controller. same result. While we're at it. I have difficulties to understand the mission objective. Can somebody explained to me what is the mission? After reaching wp4 I hang around and nothing happens. and btw I'm reading novel. On chapter 26 now. According to the designer;s notes I should revisit chapter 5 and I did. The thing is in chapter 5, Wilson is not flying and I failed to see what is should do in the mission on that particular chapter besides sponge have the most unforgettable experience of his life. so yeah. I stay at wp 4 and doesnt have a clue what to do.

I have question, using VR, when you have to pick between two answer options. how to choose the one that I want? I tried to click it with mouse but no go, and after my character just say the first option. I l also have vaicom. Is there's a way to pick those options using vaicom? thanks

Hi BIGNEWY, here's the log file. This condition was done with VR on and but no VA. DCS just stop responding at almost 100% loading indication. Thank you dcs.log

Hi BIGNEWY, thank you for the prompt reply. In the logs folder I have 3 files, dcs.log, dcs.log.old and debrief.log Do you want to me to attach all of it or just the dcs.log file? I have followed all of your guide for DCS crashing. Well at least all that I can find in the forum with no luck. Thank you

Hello, I know this issue has been addressed multiple times. But right now I'm unable to resolve this issue. After the very latest OB updates (several minutes ago) I got stuck on loading screen at 100% progress. The only mod I have is vaicom pro. I have tried all the solutions I found on the forum. Restarting my computer, change my saved game folders, repairs the installation with vaicom pro turned off with no avail. However, I have no problem loading missions on non VR mode. Even with vaicom pro active DCS went just fine. But when I tried to load DCS on VR it just got stuck on loading screen. I used rift s. My specs are below. Before I have similar problem and I resolved it by uninstalled and reinstall DCS. However I dont want to spend another 7 hours to just clean reinstall everything. This problem occurs both on OB and stable. thank you

Ok, since the SC cames out I managed to get a record of 100% fails during case 1 recovery. However some off the time I felt that I was in a good position and kept landing. Well, sometimes I miscalculated and slammed the carrier gracefully. (Hope the NAVY will still gives me proper military burial after those incidents). I understand that practice makes perfect and the time will comes when I can perform a good case I landing. Still working on it. What I'm curious to know is what happen IRL when a pilot forced land when the LSO ordered him to wave off. Will they just get a slap in hand? Get demoted? Suspended for 6 months? Or something else?

After spending hours trying to figure out the problem (rename the savegame folders, revert to non vr, changing every settings possible, etc) i finally did a clean reinstall and the problem is now gone. 8 hours of downloading time well spent. Sent from my SM-G965F using Tapatalk

Me personally, I choose Hornet as it is almost finished. I have both modules, but stop playing Viper since it's still in a very early stage. Will go and try the viper again in a few months when it already have more complete features.
