Anyone else having INS issues? I've aligned and used this INS in the gazelle hundreds of times, but now I have incorrect navigation needles when I'm flying around. I know guys are reporting the ADF needles are bugged right now. So.. presently, I'm flying without any navigation at all. No ADF, no INS. Maybe the INS is my fault though. Did something change recently with the alignment procedure?

Honestly, just being able to remove that big weapons sytems box in front of the CoPilot (last image above) would be amazing. That's what I came to post here as my own wishlist item, but you're on the same point as myself. I love flying the hip in civilian operations and that thing is just a huge view obstruction if you don't need it.

Update..my Normandy2 map is back on the list. Issue is now resolved for me.

I uninstalled Normandy2 to make room on my hard drive for the update. Now that I'm updated to the latest version, I'm trying to reinstall Normandy2 and it's just gone. I no longer have the option to reinstall it from the module manage. It's not in the "install modules" pop-up menu with the other modules. Everything else i could install is there, but not Normandy for some reason. It's definitely not installed either, because I can't load missions for it from the main menu.

Thanks ED for making this change. I always felt the 16C was odd in that you have to manually slave the seeker to the radar contact. It's so much better that it happens automatically now and feels right.

Recently, in multiplayer, I shot a 530F at a pair of flankers that were in a formation about 100m apart. I locked on to the lead bandit but the missile impacted the trailing bandit, maybe about 100m behind him. I sort of figured he was just "in the way" of the missile's path. Proximity fuse detonation. I can try to dig up the track for this if requested.

Right, I found that one (standard gray), but this one is a two-tone gray. I imagine it has to be in there somewhere right? Because It's on the main menu screen. Maybe not.

The issue being that I get shot at by friendlies a LOT when I fly the F1. More than other aircraft. That's why i thought I might be misconfiguring the IFF panel.

Good to know. Thanks QuiGon. I will stop worrying about how the IFF panel is configured. I am still a little confused, however, about whether my jet is sending back an IFF response to other jets. Do other jets receive IFF info for MirageF1s in the simulation? Why does this IFF issue seem to happen so often when I'm in the F1? Maybe it is just coincidental.

Just bumping this again. I know that (due to aircraft limitations) I cannot interrogate IFF other aircraft from the F1EE cockpit. However, I'm hearing from people online that I am not returning an IFF signal when they interrogate me. Is there a certain way that I should be configuring the IFF panel during my startup so that friendlies don't shoot me down? Thanks.

FYI .. in the meantime, flip the mirror around a couple times and it will go away.

I know we can't interrogate IFF, but does the IFF system send a response or not depending on how we configure the panel? I've made it part of my start-up checklist to power it on and put the mode selector into norm, but I don't know if it matters or not.

I'm thrilled to have a new module from Aerges. This is an instant buy. Exciting news for sure.

I'm getting the same issue on Caucasus in MP (blueflag80s). Its definitely not related to rearming during the alignment, because I'm always careful about that. I've done hundreds of cold starts, but now I'm having alignment issues that I cannot understand. Same procedure as always. I'll try to get a track uploaded next time it happens.

I also am eager for this feature. Seems to me that ED should just work it into the rearming menu. The kneeboard approach seems weird to me, but I appreciate the module makers for giving us a way.
