Only technical support can manually disable the trial period. That's why I recommended to contact support. But the trial license is still on your list (in case you want to test again after six months
).

The base frequency of the video core for the 1080 Ti is 1480 MHz, in Boost mode 1582 MHz. You can find this data in any video card review. In your case, the video card runs almost 1600 MHz without load, and 1950 MHz in Boost mode. The overclocking of the video card is 25%. Try to reduce the frequency of the video core until you get a stable DCS work.

I heard that miners have learned to use CPUs. So don't wait for the price of video cards or CPUs to drop. But RAM doesn't cost that much at the moment. 32 GB is already a good minimum memory reserve. For multiplayer game using VR this stock is no longer enough.

Please check the video core temperature when the game is running. You can use the utilities GPU-Z by echPowerUp and Afterburner by MSI.
Attach a screenshot of the video core frequency and memory readings. -
The Steam Upgrade A-10 C was sold as a separate product. Another principle was implemented in the E-Shop. You just put A-10CII in the shopping cart. If you have an "old" A-10C license on your account, the price for the Killer decreased to $20. So I suggested you check it out on the ED store page.
Unfortunately, I do not have a lot of purchased modules in my account, and I cannot check this assumption myself. -

Antivirus restricts access to DCS files in 98% of such cases. What antivirus program do you use? Are the files E:\DCS World Openbeta\bin\DCS.exe and E:\DCS World Openbeta\bin\DCS_updater.exe (or the entire E:\DCS World Openbeta folder) on your antivirus exclusion list?
Try to temporarily disable antivirus and run the update again.-
