  1. I am having the same problem with Silkworm missiles. Only they are pointing dead south, no matter what direction I set them to. Does not matter the map.
  2. Maybe next time HB, do not even give out a release date when announcing a new aircraft. January 25, 2022, HB said the F4 would be released in that year. Here we are, two years later...
  3. I have been building my first "real" mission. Doing tons of reading, and research on YouTube. I have gotten comfortable with triggers, delayed starts, uncontrolled aircraft coming to life via triggers...etc. Using the F-14a in a scenario to bomb an airport and hangers responsible for storing and making chemical weapons. Syria map. My wingman is assigned a hanger to bomb with 2x GBU's, and he does it when ordered to. Player is assigned a hanger, a plane, and an optional fuel depot to bomb using GBU's and Jester Lantirn. I have two F18's take off right before my flight for SEAD, and to take on two possible Mig21's. Player and wingman can engage Migs also. Anyway, As I mentioned, building my first real mission, I have somehow introduced a bug. My wingman will not take off unless ordered too off the SuperCarrier. Before in previous builds of the same mission, he would take off right after me like normal. Now, he won't all of a sudden. Not sure what I did. Also, he does not take off in my previous builds of the same mission either. I'm hoping its a simple fix I am overlooking, If I cant squash this bug, i will try rebuilding the player and AI wingman waypoints and waypoint commands. I'd hate to scrub the whole scenario, but if I have too, I can chalk it up to experience gained with the ME. Thanks for any advice. Mission building and the ME are becoming addictive to me.
  4. So nothing on Afghanistan that was leaked during last years Beyond Video? Has it been scrapped? Not a single thing mentioned or shown since a year ago.
  5. Who took the jam out your donut? The F14 is the reason I got into DCS. Thanks HB for an outstanding product!
  6. Does the TM Warthog come preprogrammed for the A10 II in DCS? If not, I'm sure there are profiles to d/l? I'm thinking of picking one up myself.
  7. Thanks Floyd! And to add, SHORT-DN tells George to cease fire. DmitriKozlowsky, I hope this helps, once you get it, its really easy.
  8. NOTICE* After you destroy your first target, press long back on the George AI Helper (S key on K/B) and George will automatically re-search the same area, instead of having to point your head and ask to search. He didn't know this when he made this easy tutorial. 5:22 of the video.
  9. I don't think it is in campaign format. Place them in your AH-64D>Missions folder. They will be single missions however.
  10. Looks like a rip of the Original TopGun, but with Apaches.
  11. Or go to TSD page, select RTE button on the bottom of the MFD, then select DIR button on the left, then select WP1 on the right. That will draw a line from your current position to WP1. You can choose any waypoint you'd like as well using this method.
  12. Check this out. It'll show you at the 10:17 mark. I'd suggest watching the whole thing, as I learned more that is not covered in the training mission.
  13. Who took the jam out your donut? I hope you didn't kick your dog on the way back to the living room...
  14. No, but I do like to take a few bingers, and drink a few beers on the way to a target area, while admiring the helicopter in 3rd person view, and fly bys.
  15. I don't agree with the war. So save it. But here is a nice clip of a Mi-24.
  16. After admiring it in F2 for a few hours, I guess I'll learn to start the thing.
  17. Just know, it may take you a few weeks, or even months to fly a successful sortie when you are brand new to DCS. For me anyway. But the time spent is well worth it once you have it learned. Edit* Keybinding is half the battle.
