Dissociate mouse pointer from head movement in VR
AFsparrow1968 replied to AFsparrow1968's topic in DCS Core Wish List
thanks for all your clever remarks. I hope developers will our long time request to add this option. They are so talented so it shouldn't be a problem for them. that is true that other sims let the mouse moving independently from the head in VR. I think it will be the case for cliff of Dover when VR will be implemented. it will be great as a/c have all clickable buttons, knobs and levers in cockpit!! have a nice evening -

Hello to developpers and community. I would like to know if we can expect an update whic allow to dissociate mouse pointer from head movement in VR. I confirm this issue is very annoying!! It is hard to accurately click in cockpit. Even a small head movement disturb mouse pointer position with a VR headset... Hope a patch or option will come for this wonderful flight simulator Have a nice day and happy flying from France!!! -

Hello again, I tried plenty of settings (in game and on nvidia panel), uninstall last nvidia driver 446.14, test with older ones. nothing work. Enable/disable full screen mode optimization, windows game mode. Overal FPS are good with my config (50 fps with GPU 1080TI, I7950 3.2 Ghz, 12 mb RAM, 500 Go SSD) but this heavy stutter every one minute kill the game. I noticed in flight and i put on screen FPS and several all parameters (keys Rctl and pause) that "video mem" is always equal to 0.00 mb. I DCS 2.5, I had always a value between nine and ten mb. I took a screenshot and attached it. For me game is unplayable in 2.5.6... Hope somebody find a solution:(:(:( Regards -

stuttering, frame drop, micro stutter, micro freeze
AFsparrow1968 replied to fastfed's topic in Game Performance Bugs
Dear community, As advised I disconnect my lan cable et desactivate internet device but stutter are still present in mission when RWR sound is emmitted??? May be it is due to my poor CPU which act as a bottleneck when two much A/C and ground vehicles are concentrated on the map. I noticed on the su25t mission "long day" that I have graphics stuttering each time the rwr sound is emitting especially when I approach target zone. I have checked everything: latency ok last drivers ok optimisation according the main post of this section fox and metashader2 deleted when I check in game fps, I have very good values between 70 and 110 fps. but when the rwr sound is emitting, you can see a short 25 fps drop of few miliseconds which cause this very annoying graphic stuttering. my config i7950 @ 4ghz 1080ti 12 to ram ddr3 ssd evo 850 500go. -

Thanks for your reply captain slow !!! I put "options.graphics.maxfps = 10000" in the autoexec.cfg. Apparently, you cannot modify directly graphic.lua since last updates. Have a nice evening and thank you again -
