  1. Thanks for everyone's responses. After many hours of trying to get this correct I finally got it working. I think it just came down to trail and error along with luck. The first thing I can think of is that the monitor setup in windows might effect it. Scott-S6 got me in the right direction. The numbers do need to be positive. Origin is in the top left, and positive y is down to the bottom of the monitor. The most left monitor needs to be 0x and 0y I got it to work with full screen off. You also have to have the correct resolution selected. I did not have my most left monitor set as my main monitor. To be honest I do not know how I even got it to work. nullThere seems to be many variables. If you have any questions to ask me feel free to. I wish it wasnt this difficult to set up. I think I was overthinking it at the start because now looking at it, it doesnt look so hard. Attached image is my working settings. However it seems the clouds are very broken in multi monitor just like they were in VR when they first came out. They kinda just stick to the monitor and come with it if that makes sense. Not only that but the clouds are straight up invisible on the other monitors ROFL nullnullNot only that but the frame hit is terrible. I went from around 80-90fps down to 20-30. But that was to be expected. So looks like I wont be using this setup unless I find that I did something wrong. Back to one screen it is smh.
  2. I've been reading the forums and trying to get my three monitor setup to work but I just cant figure it out. DCS places the GUI on the center screen and the second screen is black but the first one dcs isnt even on. My center monitor is 2560x1440 and my two outer monitors are 1680x1050. I have my center monitor set as primary display. Here is a picture of what dcs currently does and my LUA setup is. I bet I am missing something obvious. Thanks for the help.null
  3. Thanks for all the responses. It helps a lot. I think I am going to try to use stuff as a HID. I would really like to get DCS bios working too but I just cant figure it out. I dont think I even installed it correctly.
  4. Wow thanks for the fast reply and response! I did not know that they only support only the A-10. I was wondering why it seemed to be focused on the A-10. I think I may just have to go with the Leo Bodnar boards. They are just very expensive. Hopefully there is a cheaper way. May just have to bite the bullet and get one lol.
  5. I have started trying to build my own home cockpit panels for the F-5 as a fun project. I have heard that DCS BIOS is what I should be using but after hours and hours of trying to understand and trying to get DCS-BIOS to work I am stuck. I have no clue what I'm doing. I have a Teensy 3.5 and an Arduino Uno to use. I know there is some way to just use the Teensy as a HID but I don't know how to code at all and the internet was not helpful. Thanks for the help. -Ben (I'm really cheap so it is not a perfect replica.)
  6. Already happening to my Thrustmaster T.16000M :( so thats a real thing. Thanks for bringing that up now I know why that happens :)
  7. My favorite is the Thrustmaster t16000m it works very well. Most budget setups will have some disadvantages but you can just adapt. I fly the A-10C a lot and I find that it works great. The lack of hats on the stick is made up with the hats on the throttles. I also make up lack of buttons and hats with modifiers. I have only tried the 16000m. The Logitech stick just had so many negatives so I didnt get it. Boy would I love to have a Thrustmaster Warthog though. :pilotfly: :joystick: Hope this helps. btw I have been using this HOTAS (along with rudder pedals) for almost 2 years and it is still working great. Before I got this HOTAS I used an Xbox Remote and I have been playing DCS since 2016 back when I used my potato laptop.
  8. yes I agree it seems that way
  9. I totally agree there are a lot of things that need to be changed in dcs im really slowly losing hope in dcs. I really like some of your ideas in your list like nav lights being seen further. I hope they change these soon becuase dcs is still looking really bad in some cases.
