I don't know if modman 7.2 works, but as /bin paths have changed I suspect it wont.

Con el siguiente parche vendrá el nuevo engine de sonido (el mismo que en FC2) y este es 100% software. Lo manejará tu cpu y usará dos hilos (multicore). Por más tarjeta de sonido que tengas, no ganaras fps por ello sinó por el hecho de que tengas buena cpu o no. La tarjeta de sonido simplemente hará de correa de transmisión, por decirlo de alguna manera.

The simulator uses directx. Dcs-max just bypasses the opengl UI and let you launch a mission directly (directx).

Russian and english flight model are the same. You might have something wrongly setup (check you have "use these options for all missions" ticked). BTW, russian has also 1.01 version.

Click "download" in the training menu and download all training video files from website. -
Are you installing the russian patch? it's different than the english one. http://www.lockon.ru/index.php?end_pos=2539&scr=products First link if for FC2 DVD from 1C, second link is for FC2 download versión from ED.

Add the simulation executables (launcher.exe and simulator.exe) to PuntoSwitcher exceptions or stop the program while running the game. You need to force AA and AF through drivers and if you create a profile for the game point to simulator.exe, not launcher.exe. -
Never tried, but some ppl said that in windowed mode, the multicore thing of directx doesen't work. Try to switch to full screen and check if more cores have load.

Defrag your hard disk. It stutters because vehicles spawn (mainly loading textures, 3d model, etc. I guess)

You don't need FC1. Install Lockon Install FC2 That's all, no patches needed. And if you decide, buy and install Blackshark then 1.01c patch.

TRACK PLAYBACK PRIOR TO MISSION START (MISSION INTRO) It's now possible to create missions with a pre-recorded introduction track. The procedure to create a mission with an intro track is as follows: 1. Create a mission with the necessary triggers, graphical and audio material. 2. Launch the mission, record the intro track and save it. 3. Create a new file, called "continue_track" with the number '1' inside. The file can be created with Notepad or other similar program. The file should have no extension. 4. Open the TRK file with your archive opener (winrar, etc.) and insert the "continue_track" file inside the "track_data" folder of the TRK archive. 5. Rename the TRK extention to MIZ. As a result you will have a MIZ file that includes a track file inside. When the mission is launched, the track will be played back, after which the player will be handed control automatically.
