Also confirm that this fixes the problem, you only need to turn on 1 core, press OK and then immediately turn them all back on again and press OK, (you don't need to leave the task manager screen) this method ensures DCS won't crash, I just hit escape to pause and ALT TAB into Task Manager, great fix

I have exactly the same issue as you and only in MT, ST runs perfect, I also get the spikes and notice that when the split second stutter occurs, Core 1 max’s out at 100%, then most lightly catches up and stutter ends and then repeats when it max’s out again. Have tried all the fixes suggested and still no joy.

I currently have the CM3 Throttle set up with the 5 way selector switch to give me options on the 6 adjacent buttons, I want to change it to be recognised as a 5 way switch but it looks like I have to set up all the axis again which is easier said than done. Am I missing something, is there no way to copy all the axis data and then create a new profile with the 5 way switch and import all the axis data again. Any help welcome

In the interim, I use voice attack to set up my Kneeboard, it sets up all the shortcuts and can jump to any shortcut with a voice command and can go to any page with a voice command, I typically have 25 pages which covers most of what I need.

I have just recently purchased the F16SGRH V2 with the Lightning base, the stick is excellent and works with the RS_HID_DEV_TOOL, the software is essential to using all the features of the stick and base. Not sure what the BLE would add, so I didn’t go for it and there seems to be issues with connectivity etc on the forums. Quality of the actual stick is great and the extra key presses available make a big difference, save your money and go for the V2, you won’t be sorry. Any questions on the stick or base, just ask

I think the issue is the AGC not being particularly automatic, when you switch to MGC and then use the Gain (I have an external monitor export for MFD’s), I find that 7G/8G and 5L, works best for me with a little bit of brightness adjustment to sharpen it. This gives me a very bright white image of the vehicles and makes them easy to spot with the TGP in WHOT mode.

Yep I have the same issue, only useful mode is TV on the TGP

That would be great, I went and bought a 2nd Android device to run DCS NAV, that’s how useful I found it, great app, would be great to have an option to add enemy ground units as well, keep up the good work

I got the issue sorted with great support from the Developer, it ended to be quite simple as most things are. I downloaded and installed the latest script updater and installed and ran the updates. When checking the updated lua files the dates showed they had been updated, however when the developer looked at them the date was the only thing that changed. Downloading and installing the scripts manually worked and everything is up and running. This app is a great asset for multiplayer and works smoothly in real time

Yes I downloaded the latest script updater, the config looks fine, the details under device one match the tablet, the PC IP is correct within the app settings, it initially goes in and the live data is there, but within 2 secs it crashes out

I'm finding that the app crashes everytime, hit the radar map, it goes to the map and planes etc are there and it immediately goes back to the main screen states that latest map info has been downloaded and then it crashes. I have installed latest script, I use DCS UTIL and it works fine

Use a DX key rather that a keyboard key and it will work fine, in the Adjust Controls screen add in the DX keys under the virtual controller

Had exactly the same issues and using 20200325 fixed everything and was so easy, the latest software and firmware is not always the answer. for other people who have no experience of the virpil software, all you need to do is go to the Firmware tab, update firmware, then go to profile, enter in new name and put in VID & PID from above, hit update button below, and then save to Virpil, big Green button. it will then save to the stick and that’s it, I then went to Axis button and calibrated then save again to Virpil. Everything worked first time in Target, I did not create profile etc
