Im very interested too. The more helis the better. Sadly razbam has been very quiet on it. Werent they developing 3 helis too? 2 eu helis and one u.s heli.

ive been away from dcs for a long time, last i remember was that the ka50 would be coming soon : ). whats the current state of the ka50 as far as we know? help a friend out, its hard to comb through all the messages, tho i did check the whole newsletter from where i left off (not a single ka50 dedicated newsletter!).

I had the same problem friend, as i didnt have paypal or mastercard. What i did was buy thru steam then link steam account to eagle dynamics account and then my steam purchases were in my non steam dcs/stand alone dcs.

Well, with these imaginary upgrades, with this imaginary KA-50 ED, i will be shooting down a bit of everything. Looking at apache and the jets. KA 50ed will be pretty capable, except for when the shkval acts up, but shkval performs pretty good for me. Ofc bs2 was already capable.

Dispensing flares will be manual, it will be the pilots job to analyze the threat and dispense appropriatly. Chizh said so

Chizh said that it is indeed just like the a10 mws. Now i havent seen anything about it, since im only interested in helos but im gonna check it out. Agreed lws and mws should be pretty damn complete, im no expert but an rwr wont benefit it much at all then no?

Chizh said on the ru forum There are no plans to do automatic shooting of traps (aka flares). MWS will indicate threats to ABRIS, but that's about it. The pilot himself will make the decision to shoot traps after analyzing the threat. Pretty cool imo, since the mws will also report friendly missiles and whatnot
