  1. I tried this mission twice, but wasn't able to finish successfully. The last contact I had with any other unit was at Echo when there was a in Incident at a bridge (didn't want to spoiler more here). Afterwards I was only flying circles over the rest of the waypoints until the convoy reached its destination at the airport. I then flew to the next waypoint after hotel, turned around and landed after I received landing clearance from ATC (just the normal DCS ATC). Result: Mission drawn. What have I missed?
  2. Yes, same here. With 'easy communications' set to 'on' the VHF radio switched back to FM mode after I dialled in the frequency of the tanker. Therefore one of my radios transmitted on 'intercom' instead of VHF AM. After I set the VHF radio back to AM (a second time) everything worked. And you will only receive the TACAN signal from the tanker if TACAN is set to 'TR' instead of 'AA'. Great campaign so far. I'm really loving it. The best thing is, that the mission scripts are very forgiving, so even if you miss something, they will always catch up at a certain point.
  3. I also have the problem with the tanker not responding. There are three possible keybindings in the A-10C II control options for the HOTAS MIC Switch that I can see. MIC switch AFT, MIC switch down and MIC switch Forward. They are used to transmit either on INTERCOM, UHF or VHF FM Radio as I can see on top of the radio menu. There is no keybinding for the MIC switch available to use the VHF AM Radio. I'm pretty sure there should be also a "MIC switch up" keybinding that is missing somehow.
  4. I haven't flown the F14 for a while, so I can't say since when exactly the Problem exists, but when I now load into a Mission with a playable F14 DCS crashes to Desktop. I've already deactivated and deleted the F14 and reinstalled it again with no effect. Also did a Repair run with the DCS Updater. Just for testing purposes I created a new Mission on the Caucasus Map with a single, flyable F16. The Misison loaded fine. Went back to Mission Editor and added a flyable F14B. DCS crashed while loading into the Mission (while the Loading Screen shows "World Preload 1/60"). Reloaded DCS, removed the F14 from the Mission, and was able to run the Misison again. So it's definitly a Problem caused by the F14. EDIT: After some more Testing it seems like the Problem only occurs with the F14-B. The F14-A seems to work. dcs.20221102-104132.crash dcs.20221102-104132.log
  5. I haven't flown the Gazelle for a While, but when I now fly the Gazelle M my Monitor/TV stays black when I switch it on. Yes, I turned up the Brigtness and Contrast on the Monitor, but it stays black. Only Thing that is different from when I fle the Gazelle last Tme (apart form some Open Beta Updates) is that I now fly in VR using OpenXR instead of Steam VR. I've already uninstalled the Gazelle completely, did a Repair of DCS World, and reinstalled the Gazelle, but still the Monitor isn't working.in the Gazelle.
  6. I know, it's difficult to browse through a 27 Page long Thread, but this has been answered several Time in the last 24 hours. I just copy & paste my last answer to this Question here. And "yes" somethings wheird with this Path in the Error Message: Set Pixel Density in DCS to 1.0, and don't use OpenXR Toolset. (Disable it in the OpenXR Toolset Settings Menu). I used an external Program to lauch DCS World without VR to reset the PD in DCS, because after I've modified DCS with the OpenXR Mod I couldn't start it, because of the same Error you get. The external Launcher I've used https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/3312032/

  8. EDIT: Problem solved. Flunks Answer on the previous Page helped me out. Who is Jabbah? Yes, I know who Jabbah is, but this Path in my local Installation looks wrong.
  9. Well that's a Problem on Multiplayer Servers then, when you are flying alone in the AH-64, and rely on George as CP/G as the Gunner.
  10. Shame on me, you're right. The Server I'm using always had the AH-64 preloaded with Rockets and Hellfires, but the Mission Creator changed the Setup of the AH-64s lately. I didn't noticed that.
  11. When I fly single Player Missions I can use all of the George AI Functionality for the CP/G while flying in the Backseat. So my Key Bindings are OK. But when I fly alone as a Pilot on a MP Server, George won't switch Weapons. I can only select Salvo Length for the Gun and give George Clearance to Attack Targets, but the "left Click" to switch between Weapons won't work. Am I missing something?
  12. When I issue Commands from the RIO Seat to the Pilot via the Jester Menu, the Pilot confirms the Commands with Things like "Roger that", but he doesn't follow the Commands, like turning, ascending and descending. What am I missing?
  13. You won't need any Freepy/Python Stuff, because thats exactly what the Modifier Function in DCS Controller Mapping Dialogue is for. Just specify any Button on your Device (or Key on your Keyboard) as a Modifier, and you can assign two function to any other Button on your Device. One Functionality without Modifier, and another one with the Modifier Button pressed.
  14. Making Things realistic is of course the right Direction, but nobody here knows whats realistic when it comes to the Flight Model of the Harrier. For me it feels strange that a VTOL Aircraft can barely make a VTOL Takeoff without any Weapons and 50% Fuel on Board, without consuming half of the Water on Board. For me it seems believable that the Harrier would Hover in such a Configuration at 102 - 104% Engine Power without using any Water at least for a short Period of Time. Maybe the max. Takeoff Weight for a vertical Takeoff has been too high before the Patch, but now its definetly too low.
