  3. I see in the manual that the velocity vector (VV) can be caged/uncaged using the Left Multifunction Switch, however I am unable to find this binding in the controls. Can anyone advise on how to bind this function?

  5. In today's update the change log mentioned the addition of the PL-12 to the weapons load out. Please advise what changes need to be made to the LUA to add the new weapon.
  6. Yes, I went back and read the section on the WMD7 again and located this on page 165, it is only one mention of it but it does state to press the CLDP button to allow the pod to do its BIT test and come online. It does not say to do this from a cold start but it is there.

  8. This was a cold start, when you click the CMBT button on the AAP panel all systems necessary for combat are activated with the exception of the SPJ pod which must be pressed individually. Here is a snip of the page in the Chuck's Guide for the Jeff that shows the AAP panel, please advise which button is the one for the WMD7, to my knowledge there is not one and it is not listed in the legend.
  9. I am experiencing an issue where the WMD7 pod shows as 'OFF' in the aircraft if loaded after a COLD START. The pod appears as normal until the ground crew states 'DTC update complete', then when I update ALL inside the aircraft the pod lenses appear covered over and it shows as OFF in the cockpit and cannot be turned on. I have attached the track file for review. I have not experienced this issue with a hot start from runway or parking spot only from a cold start. WMD7 NO POWER.trk
  10. The Jeff is my favorite DCS aircraft and in my opinion its the most complete aircraft in the sim, however this fog effect is no bueno, I look forward to having the ability to disable it.

  12. Uboats, please do not give up on this, having rockets on the inner pylons gives the JF-17 real ground strike dominance. PLEASE do not give up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. Greetings, loving the new missions and the added functionality, however I have been unable to access the helo functions in game. I do not see any choices for them in the mission menu, I'm sure I'm missing something can you advise?

  15. See Deka, we all love the JF-17 and want the best version possible in DCS, yes Blufor will cry, but they cry all the time anyway! My naime is Jefff!! Salute Deka, we are patiently (kind of) waiting.
  16. Thank you for this reply @uboats. This is one of the reasons I love the JF-17, the important people will respond to you even if you dont get what you want right away. I am willing to wait until Deka is ready to address this issue with the BRMs on the inner pylons. We all want them, so as another member commented the other day let us be patient and give the devs time to make a decision. Muh naime is STILL Jefff!!! Salute Deka!
  17. @paco2002 I could not agree more, Deka has given us the best module in DCS and they have been responsive to the community so far. Let's give them some time but also keep the comments coming about how much this would change the game for the JF-17. Deka, we love the Jefff, give us back our rockets please! Muh naime is Jefff!!!!!

  22. @Blinky.ben, yes sir you are reading my mind. With a loadout like that the JF-17 is now a force multiplier on the battlefield, AA, AG and SEAD in one package. Wait, is that the problem here? Someone is afraid of what the JF-17 could become in DCS? Hmmmmmmmmmmmm. Well after all, blufor tears are the saltiest! Hilarious.
  23. Let's keep this thread going, one thing I believe we can agree on is that the devs at Deka listen to the community. We may not always get what we want when we want it but the fact is they do listen. BRMs on the inner pylons puts the JF-17 in another class in reference to air to ground capability.
  24. Roger that sir and thank you for getting back to me. This mod is buttah and I miss it! I replaced the files with backup ones and am back to the default cockpit, I will stand down until you have an opportunity to update the mod. Thanks again for responding.
