If you create a coremods folder in saved games it doesn't work huh?

This is close to the levels I have as well, the ATC volume for everything except the carrier is at a good volume

Anyone know how to increase the volume of the Tu-95? I tried \Saved Games\DCS\Sounds\Effects\Aircrafts\Engines\Tu95BackEngine with no effect. Sounds like they are using the same resource as the E-2D now...

Try increasing the speed The TU-95 is way too quiet! It is half the volume of the AN-26! Do you know what sound files to modify? I assumed it would be \Saved Games\DCS\Sounds\Effects\Aircrafts\Engines\Tu95FontEngine and TuBackEngine..... But these seem to have no effect? It is the same as the E-2D after the 2.9 update.

There is a user named c0ff that is part of the sound development team, he has posted lists of the sound structure before for modders. The files are still encrypted, it just let's you override the default sounds with a mod in your saved games directory.

I also have this problem. Its not a new problem, the sounds for the super carrier communications are always too quiet. The sounds for the pilot calling carrier are fine, but the response is very weak (FA-18 and F-14) If ED could post the location and name of the SDEF file to fix this that would be awesome, I could make a "mod" and post the fix.

Is this normal operation? I noticed this recently that when I zoom in and pan around the cockpit you can see what appears to be some kind of noise filter that is applied to the whole field of view, like it's in the helmet visor texture? Seems to be in every aircraft. Is there a setting for this? I will try to take a video if it's not a known issue. Thanks!

I have this issue too, I thought it was my OLED TV causing it. Hitting ESC and viewing the briefing page resets it for a while for me.
