I can not get AOCS to work. It understands i´m talking and what i´m saying. Just the audio-output is missing. I´ve unsucsessfully tried different settings for output device and whatnot... Any suggestions? I work on a german PC, but switched to american english settings for text-to-speech setup. It works well in windows, i have tried to use the text to speech narrator with leftcntrl + win + enter. Edit Works now. God knows how. I think the audio tab INIT button had something to do with it.

Yeah, same problem here. Tried it at least 6 times. Good kills and good protection for the fellow pilots. But still no success. Frustrating.

Installed successfully. After i downloaded the zip again. But anyway, i can´t bring the Radio GUI up. EDIT: I´ve deleted a do-file for TARS in the Exports.lua, seems to work now.

Hey guys. I´m having trouble installing AriesWings. When i try running the setup.exe in admin mode, the installation is terminated, as soon as the black dos-box window opens. Then i´ve tried a manual installation, files provided by another user. I did it as described in the (old) manual installation guide. No joy, too. I can´t hear others ingame and i´m not able to bring up the radio frequency window. Any ideas how to get rid of those problems? The program itself looks awesome, as does the rest of your stuff!

Hey, i can´t help you with the pods. But did you try disassembling the Stick and spraying some Kontakt-61 on the Pots? That´s "grease" and "contactimprover" for electrical components. Did it myself on my old cougar and it worked very well, no more spikes and very smooth inputs are possible again.

Any news on this? It keeps messing up.

In very short: Type 1: open your eyes, friendlies very close nearby. Type 2: is difficult to put into one sentence :D Type 3: here is a gun, go kill.

it is just a guess, but i have the feeling the error occours ONLY after watching CBU's going off in the external view. Here are two tracks, Track1 is kinda long, you can fast forward almost till the end, ingame time is something like 9:15. That was not the solution, problem persits and is triggert by external views. But only after a certain amount of time, 15 minutes plus. In before nothing happens. Maybe it is because after the time went by the action starts and there is much more stuff to do for the computer?

I use 260.99. Just realised that i missed a driverupdate, i gonna install it and report back.

Me too, at mission end while in orbit for spacing suddenly my Hud und MFCD was unreadable. AMD 940 X4, 4gig ram, Nvidia GTX 450 with up-to-date drivers (i think :) )

To download just press the button. After this put the files into your dcs10c\missions folder. Done, they should now appear ingame.

Hm, i waited in sum more than 4 Min and it flashed already. But i guess every action i take while waiting screws up the alignment? Let´s have a try with patient 4 minutes :) Oh boy...got it. Thanx.

Hi, i have the same issue, i paused with Beta3 until today. Starting the hog from a dark and cold state, as in Beta1 and Beta2 i´m getting the "No Nav Data" failure-message in the TAD-MFD. Step by step: I start the Batt, APU, Radios, then the Engines. After that i start the CDU and the EGI. As soon as it is aligned the CICU is beeing switched on. Bit is beeing performed while aligning. Now i press "load all". But nothing happens, "No Nav Data" shows up in the TAD-MFD. I read that i have to put the CDU into NAV? What does that mean? The manual doesn´t cover that, or i´m looking at the wrong spots. The CDU is set to "Flight Plan" and "Waypoint" Btw the "NAV-Warning-Light" in the warninglight-panel wont go off. I´m missing some major step that must be new in Beta3.

Nope, vanilla. Now it works. Don´t know what caused it, but it´s gone. Thanks anyways :) Tested it again, and it definitly seems to be an issue with the trim, like nemesis mentioned before.

Hi folks, i have a strange issue, which never occured before. After a few minutes of flying the Ka-50 i cant control it anymore. Means the x and y axis are not responsible anymore, but i can use the rest of the keys. Is that some kind of bug from the copy protection? I´ve read about certain games, which you can´t control after a while anymore. But i have bought it and it was working perfectly for one year now!

Not exactly knowledge, but i think the 3km M1A1 rmax is against, let´s say, a T90 with state-of-the-art armor, not against an outdated BMP-2. It´s not the case that the projectile drops flat down after 3km, it´s just not as powerfull anymore. But how old and well armored is a BMP-2? In the german army they said a close range shot with the old G3 could penetrate the armor and harm the inmates.

Why don´t you just zoom in? Look in the options menu, axis assignment.

To hook something you have to make the left MFD (that with the map) you SOI, now you can slew the cursor in it around. Match the cursor with the red triangle and (i think) TMS FWD short. Now you have a new HUD symbol that leads you to your hooked symbol. But i refer to the manual at this point, it´s well described. Radio-key is #, but i use a european keyboard. The one left of the Enter-Key ;) Then comes up a list with several options you can call, use them with the F-keys.

I learned it while in-mission :D Just set the radio to the JTAC-frequency and call him. After a little Chitchat you get two new buttons on your left MFD, one red to cancel the new task and a green one to accept it. After that a red triangle comes up at the left MFD´s map. Hook it with the cursor, it now is visible at your HUD and you can engange. Easy :pilotfly:

Well, try it on. The first Mission is quite nice. You have to drop a bridge and after that you can call a JTAC for Targetdesignation. But when i remember correctly the second JTAC is buggy, at least crashed my game as i called him, first one was fine. Did that Mission several times.
