  1. so my liveries tool literally disappeared. I can press ctrl+L 16million times and it never shows up, it will enable it and disable it in the tools menu but it literally just isn't there. any help?
  2. yea, unfortunately i fly the F-16 and therefore all buttons are spoken for. I really just need to get foxy to acknowledge the existence of my calibration file and i would be set. I already fly with a reduced throttle range as it just feels more natural to have the throttle in game match my throttle. So I'm already not using that 22%~ and it would be nice to be able to use it to start the engine so that i don't have to look through my VR nose slit to press shift+Home/End as that is the only thing i touch my keyboard for at the moment.
  3. My cougar does function normally, but i decided to learn more about what i can do with it aside from just plug and play. So i started reading the manuals and learning about what i can do with it, as i can currently do everything in game with either the HOTAS or my mouse EXCEPT...start the engine. So i wanted to find a way to utilize the part of the throttle that is below the idle detent and see if i can use it to start the jet. So i started by clearing windows calibration data, then wiped firmware and reinstalled it, then performed a manual calibration, and then i jumped in to foxy and started with the wizards to learn how to program it. When it came to actually using the "USE THR_RANGE" command, it gives me the error saying it has no CCF and yet the stick according to the CCP is in USER mode for Axis Response and in manual calibration for the calibration mode and lists the file its using for that calibration. Additionally i can actually navigate to the file from my windows viewer, but for some reason, foxy is not aware of it's existance. is that better?
  4. So i get the error 2077 when trying to compile my joystick file, except i have already calibrated my cougar and i can navigate to the ccf in the windows viewer. any thoughts?
  5. If this is not a bug, then tell me how several other people i know have and can fly the JF-17 on the stable branch of DCS:World? The JF-17 had gone to stable some time ago. I know this thread is several months old, but i am still having this problem and can only find 2 threads where it is mentioned: here, and there is one on hoggit from roughly a month ago where the same logic was applied. That said i still have no idea how other people i know have and can fly the Jeff on stable.
  6. how do we know that our submission has been accepted? i felt kinda sketchy about my entry post but have heard nothing back on it. Does someone contact us? Does the OP get updated?

Welp, looks like we're toe brake steering on the ground then lol
  9. I would be willing to bet that it doesn't. Both in terms of acceleration and top speed the Mig-29 is a freaking monster, of course it chugs fuel faster than Frank the tank so....there's that. Maybe if the fuel flow issue were fixed and we had an engine that performed at maximum power it might out accelerate it, but it certainly couldn't keep up with it in top speed
  10. I have a deadzone set on my rudder and I get it, bit not pitch or roll which is my next test. Probably gonna check the trim as well
  11. I have this same problem except it's a slight roll to the right. I am left handed though (fly normally though, stick in right hand, so not sure if this makes a difference). I have the warthog flight stick but I'm going to try adding a small deadzone to clear this up when I'm able to get on later. If anyone could test this in the meantime I would really appreciate it.
  12. I've had issues getting it to point/area track anything. Am i doing something wrong?
  13. I think he is having the same issue i had with the TGP which is an inability to set a target on the ground using the targeting pod. Doing so would change the ASL and allow it to guide him onto target. I have no doubts that the laser and the bombs work, but I have yet to be able to set a point on the ground for me to fly towards and drop bombs on.
