Wolf359 started following Windows 11 Anyone? , Best Practices? and Alienware (Dell) RAM For Sale 32GB

With regards to the new streamlined application, should I delete Open Beta, or simply rename the folder, or leave it? I know I'll get updates, but just to keep things clean on my system.

Seeing this msg blinking when I go to purchase Normandy 2.0: You already have a license for this product

AngleOff66 - Powered vs unpowered makes a difference on performance due to the voltage pull. Unpowered is using the PC for voltage, and you have 7-10 devices all pulling from one connected port on the PC, whereas on a powered hug, each port is individually powered by the external DC voltage plugged in to its power source. No bottleneck. :My problem is the Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS is vulnerable to any power fluxuations and can burn out the PCB. But I THINK as long as I have it plugged into my UPS, that should take care of any power spikes.

I am looking for a good, powered hub, that doesn't spike up and down - in other words, Thrustmaster Warthog friendly. I lost the PCB board on my throttle some time ago, and I've been weary of plugging it into a powered hub again. Currently, I have about ten peripherals using USB. The only thing I am running on my PC is DCS. With so many USB items, powered is definitely the way to go. Especially, plugged into one port on the PC. I welcome any suggestions for a good hub that I cam mount on my sim seat and role with.

I'm sure you know the deal with Dell/Alienware ram. This is a set of two sticks - Kingston Fury HyperX DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 2933Mhz XMP ready. I just bit the bullet and did a full upgrade to 64GB 3200Mhz on my Aurora R9. $100. Domestic US only. Message me if you're interested.

USB ISSUE FED UP PLEASE HELP
Wolf359 replied to ZQuickSilverZ's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
I have mine plugged into the USB-C port as well. -
Did things get jittery to you? I noticed it when flying low to the ground.

Question: Is anyone else having an issue with dual throttle positioning in the hornet? I noticed that the right engine throttle keeps positioning slightly ahead of the left - when I have bock locked together on the warthog. And it affects flight, drifting to the left until I unlock the two and adjust until they're even in the cockpit.

How do I disable anti aliasing in the Quest 2 Link?
-
No. I sent the board along with the usb still connected to it. I'm sure there is soldering on his end, because he changes out the chip.
-
SOH, just installed the repaired board and it works great.

Developer model available. I installed on my laptop a few days ago. So far, it feels pretty stable for dev model.

Has anyone tried running DCS on Windows 11 yet? Curious to how it performs.

Has yours arrived to him yet? He works pretty fast! I should have mine back this coming Friday.
