  1. Dcs World is a very large world to render on ultra settings, you will need alot of gpu ram. Lower your settings and make sure you don't have programs running in the background.
  2. BF3 and BF4 you can get 15 to 20 percent increase in performance, but in some applications they will crash when cpu cores are unparked.
  3. Unparking cpu cores will it get you better performance in Dcs World?
  4. It's good game BS1 I still play the game. What's your pc specs? If you have a duo core with 4 gigs of ram and a average gpu can run BS1. There are bugs in BS1 but they can be overlooked try it.
  5. Your landing speed will also depend on your aircraft's weight. Fully fueled and loaded weapons your speed can be between 290 and 315.
  6. People don't seem to understand but DCS World brings the best gpu's to it's knees. It's cpu bound and can play DCS World on a Dirext 9 card.
  7. Your system is on the low end and I recommend updating the cpu to a I5 2400 your motherboard supports I5 2xxx series cpu's and for the ram atleast 8gb. You need to get a 64bit windows system because Dcs stopped supporting 32bit. You gpu needs a bit of beefing up (gtx 560 or higher). Your Apu needs to a beefing up to 450W,you are looking at about $300 to $400 bucks.
  8. Does anyone live stream Dcs games? :pilotfly:
  9. What is a good upload speed for hosting servers on DCS multiplayer? I was thinking on 50/50 internet speed, will be good enough for players to join the server in the usa. All comments will be helpful! Thanks.:smartass:
  10. Amd's Mantle Will Amd's Mantle be useful for Dcs World?:smartass:
  11. In your case I would shut down all unnessary programs running in the background. Those programs takes away from the cpu and ram. When i'm playing Dcs I do this and I can see a bit of performance increase.
  12. Can you use hand held controllers in Dcs?:joystick:
