What kind of files or blueprints could be provided for such an amazing tool ?

Hello all, Do you know the best software to use with DCS to GPS , eventually with Combatflite charts usable inside ? ... Best one would be a free one ;-) and a USB connection possible with Ipad (use of Mobile network blocked the UDP port for connection) I know it's a lot, but right now i only founded SDVFR but with pay module to use Mbtile charts ... and not on USB only with IP adress...
