  2. Stunning work, with a love and passion for details. Thanks Ugra Media Team for bringing all this to DCS.
  3. Yep, the JF-17 cockpit is excellent as is.
  4. I totally agree. For the sake of immersion - yes to all the above. :)
  5. ^^^^ This is exactly it. Thanks for putting that into words as I wasn't able to put my finger on it.
  6. Thanks for the feedback so far. I could have sworn I saw a note of someone on the forum that mentioned that the reason for these kinds of steep ramps is that DCS maps are built directly on top of the water that represents the ocean, instead of using elevation maps for the region. Can anyone confirm? The only reason I started this thread was because I thought that Wags mentioned that Syria uses ED's latest terrain tech, and I assumed these steep ramps were a thing of the past.
  7. I agree. And visual bugs and issues also depend on where the user looks at any given moment as well. Much easier to just hop in and fly and note what's wrong and then share it on the forums.
  8. ^^^ ain't that the truth for pretty much everything these days?
  9. Hi, Just curious why this is the way it is: It seems that every DCS map (from the old Caucasus to the very new Syria map) has the same rather steep ramps that lead onto road bridges. Railroad bridges are usually more realistic in that aspect. The perceived angle of these road ramps looks like this: While it should be more like this: What is the reason why DCS roads generally are are using short, steep ramps getting onto bridges in DCS? Case-in-point, here's an example from Wag's excellent Syria video from Aug 8, 2020: Thanks.
  10. They are not modeled in 3D, but the probability of them getting ingested into your engine is modeled and represented by that slider.
  11. That looks top notch.
  12. Just like the real thing.
  13. Yes, fly back to the Channel area and stay there... ;)
  14. I really hope they allow us to pay full price for a brand new module. I've paid for the DCS A-10C module years ago, and I personally don't carry that notion of entitlement around just because I dropped a few bucks on something way back when...
  15. +1 on the normals! Cannot wait to see that added to the next patch.
  16. I'm all for a full fidelity DCS MiG-29 derivative, but why just the A model? Why not something more up-to-date - or least a series of variants, including the K or SMT versions down the line? My personal fav would be the MiG-35 (or export variant thereof).

JetSeat ist schon gut. Habe einen seit 2016 und keine Probleme damit.
  18. Thanks for sharing! Looking forward to the release.
  19. I thought they are quite appropriate for a ground attack plane to a) see the damage done, and b) any AAA fire or missile trails coming your way during the climb out.
